Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of emergency laparoscopic assisted enlargement of right hemicolectomy for one-stage anastomosis in patients with obstructive colonic splenic tumor..Methods: Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 9 patients with obstructive colonic splenic tumor with laparoscopic assisted enlargement of right hemicolectomy from September 2014 to December 2018 in our hospital, including the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative venting time, incidence of postoperative anastomotic leakage, and postoperative discharge time. Results: Among the 9 patients, the average operative time was(213.6±47.5)min,the average intraoperative blood loss was(176.5 ±70.4)ml,the average postoperative exhaust time was(2.8 ±1.7)d,no anastomotic leakage occurred postoperatively, and the average postoperative discharge time was(6.2±+ 1.7)d.Postoperative pathological examination showed negative surgical margins in all the 9 patients, and one of the 9 patients hadwound infection after operation and the wound was delayed. They were all cured and discharged. Conclusions: In the case of fully grasping the indications,it is safe and feasible to perform an emergency laparoscopic assisted enlargement of the right hemicolectomy for obstructive colonic splenic tumor.
