Stable Clinical Observation Of 100 Cases Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Treated With Warm Lung Vest

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of warm lung vests with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease during stable phase.Methods:A total of 100 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（Lung,spleen and kidney deficiency）diagnosed in the respiratory department of our hospital were collected,and were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 50 cases each.The control group was given routine treatment,and the experimental group was treated with warm lung vest on the basis of routine treatment.After 8 weeks of treatment,lung function,blood gas analysis,TCM syndrome score and Nimodipine scoring method of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,FEV₁,FEV₁%pred,FVC,PO₂,PC0₂ and SaO₂ significantly improved in the experimental group compared to the control group（P<0.05）.TCM syndrome score of the two groups patients were significantly lower than before the treatment（P<0.05）.The decrease of the experimental group was better than that of the control group（P<0.05）.the Nimodipine score of the test group was higher than the control group.Conclusion:The treatment of warm lung vest can effectively prolong the remission period of COPD patients and improve the symptoms of acute attack.
