Objective:To summarize the characteristics,therapeutic method and corresponding curative effects of pediatric pelvic fractures involving sacroiliac joints,to find out the insufficiencies,and to provide the basis for formulating the best clinical treatment plan.Methods:Through the medical record inquiry system,outpatient medical record,image archive and telephone follow-up,32 cases of pelvic fractures involving sacroiliac joints admitted to the Children’s Hospital affiliated to Chongqing Medical University from January 2010 to December 2017 were collected.The pelvic fracture was classified according to Tile method,and the final curative effect was evaluated by the effect score table of Cole pelvic fracture.Results:Pediatric pelvic fractures involving the sacroiliac joints mainly occurred in children under 10 years old,with no significant difference in gender.The fracture classification was based on the type C in Tile classification.Among the 26 patients with complete follow-up,the functional evaluation was excellent in 20 cases,good in 2 cases and fair in4 cases.The overall excellent and good rate was 84.6%.Among them,those with evere sacroiliac joint injuries could not be timely fixed and fixedeffectively,and the prognosis was poor.Conclusions:Pediatric pelvic fractures involving the sacroiliac joints,the vast majority of children with conservative treatment prognosis is good,no obvious abnormality,such as pain,limping,but the sacroiliac joints fracture displacement farther,if failed to reset,then there is an obvious physical differ long,pelvic tilt,pain,and even suggested that early surgical treatment of open reduction and internal fixation.
