The Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Yin Deficiency And Heat-toxic Primary Sjogren’s Syndrome With Yangyin Qingre Jiedu Decoction

ObjectiveApplication of Yangyin Qingre Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of patients with yin deficiency and heat-toxic primary Sjogren’s syndrome,observe the improvement of TCM symptoms in patients with pSS,and the impact on physical examination and other related indicators,objectively evaluate the efficacy of the prescription,Explore the role of Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease.MethodsSixty patients who met the screening criteria were divided into two groups,30 in the control group and 30 in the treatment group.Patients in the control group were treated with total glucosides of paeony(Pavlin),and tell the patient to take it twice a day,2 capsules each time.On the basis of this,the treatment group added the combination therapy of Yangyin Qingre Jiedu Decoction,a dose of decoction every day,warm drink twice in the morning and evening.Observe the improvement of symptoms and the changes of physical examination indexes before and after treatment,sort out the patient’s symptom score and efficacy judgment,and analyze the results by statistical methods.ResultsIn terms of clinical efficacy improvement,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 73.3%;the total effective rate of the control group was46.7%.The treatment group and the control group had certain curative effects in improving physical and chemical indicators as well as symptoms and signs.There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).In this study,the patients’ inflammatory markers(ESR,CRP)and immune indicators(IGA,IGG,IGM)were statistically analyzed.The results showed that both groups showed significant differences before and after treatment(P<0.05).However,the comparison of the two groups of post-treatment indicators was P>0.05,suggesting that there was no statisticaldifference between the two groups.In terms of improving the symptoms and signs of the two groups of patients,the treatment group was superior to the control group.In the improvement of the main symptoms(dry mouth,dry eyes),the results of the two groups before and after treatment and the scores of the main symptoms of the two groups after treatment,P were less than 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.In the improvement of secondary diseases(nasal dryness,swollen gums,dry stools),both groups can significantly relieve the performance of dry stools in patients,but the clinical efficacy of nasal dryness and gingival swelling is significantly better than the treatment group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).ConclusionYangyin Qingre Jiedu Decoction can effectively alleviate the symptoms and signs of patients with Sjogren’s syndrome,and has certain influence on physical examination indicators,and has good curative effect.
