Study On The Quality Standard Of Four Kinds Of Hospital Preparations Of Water-honeyed Pills

The hospital preparation has the advantages of short development cycle,remarkable effect,convenient use,fast variety update,close clinical combination and low cost.As a supplement to medicines,hospital preparations play an important role in medical and health care.The research and development of hospital preparations is of great significance and should be given sufficient attention.However,at present,hospital preparations still have problems such as fewer varieties,lower output value,difficulty in quality control,shorter shelf life,and backward technology.Therefore,it is especially important to find efficient,fast and convenient inspection methods and establish scientific and reasonable quality standards.In this paper,four kinds of hospital preparations of Water-honeyed pills were prepared according to the existing preparation process and three batches of samples were obtained respectively.In this paper,four kinds of hospital preparations of Water-honeyed pills were microscopically identified.As the result,irregular fragments of buffalo horn,posterior cortical cells in cohosh,pollen grains in Carthamus tinctorius L.,and crystal fibers in licorice can be used as the microscopic identification of the Variety one.Glandular scale,glandular hairs and nonglandular hairs in leonurus,pollen grains in Carthamus tinctorius L.can be used as the microscopic identification of the Variety two.stomata in Wulingzhi,guttapercha filaments in Eucommia ulmoides,pericarp cells and epidermal cells of buds in psyllium and body wall fragments in Scorpion,Scolopendra and Ground Beetle,and calcium oxalate sand crystals in Achyranthes bidentata.can be used as the microscopic identification of the Variety three.Resin channels in ginseng,crystal fibers in puerarin,stomata in Vatica hainanensis,nacre fragments and prismatic layer fragments in mother of pearl.This paper established the thin layer identification method for Notopterygium incisum,Radix Scutellariae,Radix rehmanniae,angelica root,liquorice in Variety one,established the thin layer identification method for Salvia miltiorrhiza,Angelica,Corydalis,Chuanxiong,Lindera in Variety two,established the thin layer identification method for Radix Paeoniae Alba,Yanhusu,curcuma,dipsacus asper,zedoary,plantain in Variety three,established the thin layer identification method for Salvia miltiorrhiza,ligusticum chuanxiong,radix puerariae,vine of multiflower knotweed,Vatica hainanensis,ginseng in Variety four.In this paper,the qualities of four kinds of hospital preparations of Water-honeyed pills were examined.The results showed that the water content,quality difference,weight difference and dissolution time limit were in compliance with the relevant regulations of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.In summary,more than 70-%of the medicinal materials of each variety have been identified,and the established method has good reproducibility and stability.It laid the foundation for the establishment of quality standards for four kinds of water-pill-type hospital preparations of water-honeyed pills and the research and development of new drugs.
