Clinical Observation Of Shuganjianpi Granule In The Treatment Of Infantile Anorexia Of Hyperactivity Of Liver And Insufficiency Of The Spleen

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of shugan yunpi granule on anorexia(Hyperactivity of Liver and Insufficiency of the Spleen).To observe the effect of microelement zinc,calcium and hemoglobin levels in children.Methods:Selected into 60 cases according to the standard of Infantile anorexia,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases of each.The treatment group was given shugan yunpi granule,and the control group was given xiaoyao pill.Two group of patients were taking four weeks.After four weeks,record breast symptoms and TCM symptom integral,curative effect and safety assessment.Test before and after treatment with microelement of zinc,calcium and hemoglobin levels.After one months,record and compare the recurrence rate.Results:1.In terms of efficacy,the total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 70.0% in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.In terms of the improvement of TCM syndromes,the therapeutic effect(appetite?Food intake),single TCM syndromes(emaciationl,irregular bowel movement)of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the levels of hemoglobin(HGB)and trace element zinc(Zn)in both groups were increased,and the improvement level in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.After treatment,the concentration of trace element calcium(Ca)was increased in the treatment group,but there was no significant difference in the control group.4.The incidence of adverse reactions was 0.Conclusions:1.The shugan yunpi granule in treating Infantile anorexia(Hyperactivity of Liver and Insufficiency of the Spleen)effect is superior than the xiaoyao pill.2.The shugan yunpi granule can cure TCM total symptom?most importantsymptom(appetite?Food intake) and single TCM syndromes(emaciationl,irregular bowel movement);increase the level of hemoglobin,improve the level of microelement of zinc,calcium 3.The shugan yunpi granule in treating Infantile anorexia(Hyperactivity of Liver and Insufficiency of the Spleen) is safe,effective and without adverse reactions,no harmful response.
