Objective To observe the clinical effect of Guifu Lizhong Decoction in the treatment of apatinib-associated diarrhea. Methods Between July 2017 and January 2019,patients who were treated in the hospital or outpatient clinic of Sichuan Provincial Hospital were selected as the source of the case. They were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to random and control principles,The experimental group was given a decoction of Guifu Lizhong Decoction for 10 days, and the control group was given montmorillonite powder for 10 days. After treatment, the diarrhea,TCM symptoms,KPS score, electrolyte improvement, and efficacy and safety evaluation were compared between the two groups. Results A total of 51 patients were included in the trial, including 26 in the experimental group and 25 in the control group.1 case of shedding in the test group(not involved in statistics and analysis),a total of 25 cases completed the test, the control group completed the test.1.Effective rate: the experimental group had an efficiency of 88%,and the control group had an effective rate of 72%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The dynamic changes of the number of diarrhea: 3.08±1.03 times in the test group on the third day,2.64±0.95 times in the control group,1.96±0.84 times in the test group on the 6th day,2.80±1.04 times in the control group, and 1.76±1.05 times in the test group on the 10 th day of treatment. The control group was 2.84±1.54 times. There was no significant difference between the two groups on the third day of treatment(P>0.05).The difference between the two groups on the 6th and 10 th day of treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.TCM syndrome scores: intra-group comparison: the experimental group can significantly improve the TCM symptoms(P<0.05),the control group TCM symptom relief is not obvious(P>0.05);the comparison between groups: the experimental group is better than the control group(P<0.05).4.KPS score: the effective rate of the test group was 100%,and the effective rate of the control group was 80%.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Electrolyte: After treatment, the K+ concentration of the test group was 3.87±0.25mmol/L,the control group was 3.33±0.36 mmol/L;the test group Clconcentration was 99.99±4.49 mmol/L,the control group was 99.45±4.06 mmol/L;the test group Na+ concentration was 132.85.±4.95 mmol/L,and the control group was 132.68±4.70 mmol/L.The difference between the K+ concentrations was statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no significant difference between the Cl-and Na+ concentrations(P>0.05).6.Safety evaluation: both groups are safe. Conclusion Compared with montmorillonite powder,Guifu Lizhong Decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of patients with diarrhea caused by gastric cancer with apatinib. It has obvious effects in maintaining antidiarrheal effect, improving TCM symptoms, improving physical strength and preventing electrolyte metabolism disorder.Advantages and security.
