Curative Effect Analysis Of 257 IVF-ET Failure Patients From The Multicenter Again IVF-ET Control Ovarian Stimulation Peroid To Embryo Transplantation With The TCM Multi-route Intervention

Objective To preliminary estimate the efficiency and superiority of multi-channel therapy of TCM of IVF-ET’s ovum and embryo quality,Two prokaryotic rates,endometrial thickness and type,moderate and severe OHSS incidence preliminarily.Methods Select four hospitals in chengdu.According to the multicenter group randomized controlled study design,a total of 257 patients with kidney-deficiency,liver-stagnation and blood-stasis who were scheduled to relapse with the IVF-ET long-term regimen after the failure of the IVF-ET long-term protocol were included.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and multiple interventions for 3 months.The control group naturally waited for three months.The indicators mainly include the number of mature eggs,the two pronuclear rates,the number of embryos obtained,the number of excellent embryos,the thickness and type of endometrium,the incidence of moderate-to-severe OHSS,the amount and using time of Gn.Enter the collected data into the Epidata software to build the database.The two pairs locked in the database after entering,checking,and answering questions,and then used SPSS 22.0 system to deal the data.Results This research initially shows: 1.number and rate of obtained mature eggs: After treatment in the drug group,it was higher than before remedy.the difference in therapy group was statistically significant(P<0.05).comparison between the two groups,After treatment,the therapy group is higher than control group.this difference is statistically significant after cure(P<0.05).2.Two original nuclear rate: After treatment,the drug group was higher than before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison between the two groups,After treatment,the medication group was higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Number of embryos obtained and high quality embryo rate: The treatment group was elevated after treatment,the difference in treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison between the two groups,After therapy,the drug group was higher than the control group.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Endometrial thickness and its type: Increased intimal thickness after treatment in the drug group,the difference in drug group was statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison between the two groups,After treatment,the intima thickness of the medication group was increased compared with the control group,endometrial thickness after ttherapy has statistically significant(P<0.05);5.Startup cycle migration rate: After treatment in the drug group,it was higher than before therapy.the difference in the treatment group has statistically significant(P<0.05),After therapy,the drug group was higher than before;comparison between the two groups.The difference has statistically significant after therapy(P<0.05).6.Gn start-up dose,Gn start-up days,Gn total use quantity: treatment group comparison: After curing with the drug group,it decreased after therapy.the difference of the medication group was statistically significant(P <0.05),After therapy,the treatment is lower than before therapy.The difference has statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 1.Multi-route of traditional Chinese medicine can ameliorate the quantity of ovum,embryos quality,he rate of retransplantation of IVF patients;can improve endometrial receptivity of the patients who underwent IVF again;reduce the incidence of moderate and severe OHSS.can improve the effect of assisting pregnancy in patients with IVF-ET,In the perioperative period,the application of TCM therapy is worth promoting 2.Multi-route of traditional Chinese medicine could ameliorate the syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression and blood stasis of IVF invalid.
