| Objectives: By observing the clinical effect of chiropractic therapy on atopic dermatitis in children with mild to moderate spleen deficiency and wetness, the clinical application value of chiropractic therapy in this disease was clarified, and a new effective prevention and treatment method for treating atopic dermatitis was explored. Methods: Randomized and controlled methods were used to observe the clinical efficacy of chiropractic therapy in the treatment of atopic dermatitis in children with mild to moderate spleen dampness. The treatment group was treated with chiropractic therapy plus basic therapy, and the control group was given basic therapy(whole body treatment).External Yufu cream, twice a day),for a total of 8 weeks.Skin lesions, lesion severity, itching, sleep and SCORAD scores were observed at the first, second, fourth, and eighth weeks to evaluate the improvement of the patients before and after treatment. Also observe adverse reactions. The patients whose outcome was judged to be cured, markedly effective, and effective were returned after 3 months of treatment, and the SCORAD score was recorded during the return visit to observe the recurrence. The data was analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and conclusions were drawn. Results: 1.After 8 weeks of treatment, the SCORAD scores of the two groups were compared,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant;the treatment rate of the treatment group was 61%,and the treatment rate of the control group was 56%,the difference between the two values, but There was no statistical significance. The recurrence rate was 21.2% in the treatment group and 34.4% in the control group. There was a difference in the values, but it was not statistically significant.2.Comparison of SCORAD scores before and after treatment,P <0.05,statistically significant, suggesting that both groups have good clinical efficacy;in the comparison between groups, the two groups treated SCORAD scores of 2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant, but at 4 weeks and 8 weeks, the SCORAD scores of the two groups were different in value.3.Scores of various indicators: 1 In the extent of lesions, severity of skin lesions, and itching,at each observation point, the treatment group was compared with the control group,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Differences;in terms of sleep, treatment for 4 weeks, treatment for 8 weeks, compared with the two groups,P <0.05,statistically significant, the treatment group was better than the control group.2 The two groups were compared before and after the lesion lesions, lesion severity, itching and sleep,P<0.05,which was statistically significant. Both groups were effective. Conclusion: Chiropractic therapy for children with mild to moderate spleendeficiency and dampness-type atopic dermatitis is effective and has a long-term curative effect.Especially in improving the sleep of patients is significantly better than the control group. The treatment method is safe and has few adverse reactions.Only some patients terminate the test because the pain is difficult to tolerate during the operation, and it is considered to be caused by improper manipulation of the operator’s technique. |
