A New Posture For Laparoscopic Free Stomach In Patients With Esophageal Cancer

Objective: To investigate the safety and convenience of laparoscopic free stomach in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods: Forty patients with esophageal cancer who underwent surgery in the Department of Thoracic Surgery,Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University from June 1,2016 to April 1,2018 were enrolled.The laparoscopic free stomach was divided into two groups,the new body group and There are 20 cases in the traditional body group.The patient with the new position was placed 30 degrees on the left side and the traditional position was in the supine position.The amount of bleeding,gastric free time,and stomach damage were analyzed in both groups.Statistical analysis of patient clinical data was performed using SPSS 21.0 software.The difference was statistically significant at P<0.05.Results: The mean bleeding volume was 27.25±15.65 ml in the new body group and 32.25±18.88 ml in the traditional body group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.51).The average gastric free time of the new body group was 52.95±6.95 min,and the average gastric free time of the traditional body group was 61.1±10.21 min.The two groups were statistically significant(P=0.02).The average body position of the new body group was 0.45±0.68,and the average position of the stomach injury was 1.65±1.12.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.00).Conclusion: Laparoscopic free stomach in patients with esophageal cancer in the new body group can speed up the operation and reduce the damage of the stomach,making the operation safer and worth promoting.
