Objective:To strengthen the perioperative anesthesia management of asthma patients, reduce the incidence of bronchospasm and postoperative complications, ensure the safety of patients and improve the quality of life of patients. Methods:The clinical experience of perioperative management in such patients was summarized by analyzing cases of laparoscopic surgery in patients with asthma.Case: case one: patient,female,39 years old, would undergo laparoscopic hysterectomy. She had suffered from “allergic rhinitis” and “bronchial asthma” for 5 yeas. The patient developed airway resistance after tracheal intubation, and the airway pressure reached to 40cmH2 O.She was immediately given adrenaline and aminophylline and The posterior airway pressure gradually dropped to about 20cmH2 O.The operation went smoothly, and the patient returned to the ward safely.case two: patient,male,68 years old, would undergo laparoscopic radical resection for colon cancer. He had suffered from "bronchial asthma" for 40 years. The airway pressure increased when the operation was carried out until 1h10 min,and the highest time reached 45cmH2 O.The blood pressure dropped, the lowest was 75/45 mmHg.The patient was immediately given adrenaline, doxofylline and diphenhydramine. The posterior airway pressure gradually dropped to about 25cmH2 O.The operation went smoothly, and the patient returned to the ward safely.case three: patient,male,53 years old, would undergo laparoscopic radical resection for rectal cancer. He had suffered from "bronchial asthma" for more than 20 years. He had symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection such as cough and runny nose two weeks ago.The patient had a stable anesthesia process. No bronchospasm occurred during the operation, and the patient returned to the ward after surgery.Result: Comprehensive literature and the adequate preoperative preparation and precise anesthesia management ensure smooth perioperative anesthesia in asthma patients. Conclusion: Prevention is more important than treatment for Perioperative management of asthma patients. To strengthen the anesthesia management of asthma patients and ensure the patient’s stability is the basic requirements and important components of clinical anesthesia quality control management.
