Laparoscopic Pyeloplasty For The Treatment Of Hydronephrosis Caused By Ureteral Polyps In A Child:case Analysis And Literature Review

Objective:The clinical manifestations,imaging examination,diagnosis and treatment of ureteral polyps were discussed in order to to guide the clinical better.The purpose of this article is to further enrich the knowledge of ureteral polyps,increase the understanding of the special disease of ureteral polyps,and provide more clinical recommendations for the diagnosis and treatment of ureteral polyps.Methods:The symptoms and treatment of the patient were described to summarize and analyze the diagnosis and treatment of ureteral polyps by means of case report.The experence of treatment was summarized to guide the clinical.Results:Ureteral polyps were found to have different distributions and morphologies,and the diagnosis should be combined with releated pathology to exclude the possibility of malignant tumors.The mainly treatment of polyps is by surgical removal.Conclusions:Ureteral polyps are rare and have different manifestations in clinical.It need to be distinguished from malignant tumors.Imaging diagnosis can provide some help,but to the determination of polyps,the pathological results are the most reliable.According to the specific conditions of the ureteral polyps to choose the appropriate treatment.When the patient presents with hydronephrosis and the ureter is "beaded" or segmental,the possibility of multiple polyps should be considered.
