| Objective:To exsplore the correlation between homocysteine level and clopidogrel resistance in patients with acute cerebral infraction and the influence of fasting blood glucose, uric acid, blood lipid and other factors on clopidogrel resistance,so as to provide theoretical basis for identifying clopidogrel resistance in clinical work.Methods:1.Patients admitted to the neurology department of Hebei Medical University from 2017-12-01 to 2018-12-31 who were diagonosed with cerebral infarction and whose resistance to clopidogrel was detected by thrombolysis elastography were slected as the experimental group. While patients who were sensitive to clopidogrel were slected as the control group.General clinical data and relevant examination results were recorded.2.Collect the blood samples. On day 7 of oral clopidogrel treatment,5 ml of venous blood was extracted on an empty stomach in the morning and the platelet inhibition rate detected by TEG.SPSS22.0 software was used for data processing and analysis, including T test and Z test.Results:1.111 cases were included in the study, there are 69 cases in the control group, including 39 males and 30 females. The experimental group included 30 men and 12 women. There were significant diffferences in gender(P<0.05,X2 test).2.The mean ages of the two groups were 59.17 and 62.16,respectively.There was no significant difference in age.3.The blood lipid and homocysteine data of the control group ang the experimental group were tested by nonpartmetric Z-test,and there was no satistical difference between the blood lipid and homocysteine study group and the control group(P>0.05).4Single logistic regression analysis was used to screen out 5 indicators:age, fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol, uric acid and homocysteine. There was no significant difference in the 5 indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Hmocysteine as a biomarker has little significance in predicting clopidogrel resistance.Men are more likely than women to develop clopidogrel resistance. In addition, age, fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol and uric acid were not the influencing factors for the resistance of clopidogrel. |
