Occupational disease is a serious disease that preventive measures do not synchronize with the development of economy and society,resulting in long-term work in the pathogenic environment,and it does great harm to society.Because the prevention and control of occupational diseases has the characteristics of large investment,long-term sustainability and difficult to produce direct benefits,China has incorporated occupational diseases into the government supervision of occupational health.The purpose is to improve the level of occupational health construction in society and ensure people’s working health through strict government supervision.This paper studies around the N county of fujian government supervision on occupational health issues,specific to safety bureau N county of fujian province specific regulatory action case,in the face of the complicated and severe regulatory environment in the background,through the analysis of the whole process of supervision,to refine the occupational health symbolic regulation problems of government regulation,unit of choose and employ persons negative about occupational health construction problem,occupational health and government regulatory coordination problems.On this basis,the basic causes are analyzed from many aspects and angles: the society pays insufficient attention to occupational health and lacks relevant knowledge,the number and professionalism of government supervisors of occupational health,the lack of necessary professional equipment for government supervision of occupational health and the lack of technical support for occupational health.Incomplete regulatory systems and lack of incentives are also important reasons.In this paper,on the basis of summarizing the successful experience of other regions,and in combination with the practical situation of N county of fujian province,from the full regulatory power,perfect technical support and improve the occupational health aspects of government regulation system,improve the government supervision on occupational health advice,hope that through this article research,to supplement the occupational health Angle at the grassroots level in research of government regulation and give full play to the basic safety administration of occupational health supervision of government function,also contribute to further improve the level of occupational health construction.
