In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the acceleration of urbanization,and the increasingly severe aging of the population,various special public emergencies in society have occurred from time to time.Therefore,the need of the public health services for first aid has become increasingly prominent.However,due to the fact that there is no unified management model or a more reasonable model in this area at the present stage,the prevalence of the shortage of first-aid personnel in pre-hospital first aid has occurred in emergency centers around the country.And the research on turnover intention of this special occupation in China is still in the initial stage,so the related in-depth study is imminence.This paper reviews and combs the researchs on the correlation among organizational commitment,professional identity,burnout and turnover intention,analyzes and summarizes the independence and relevance among various factors.attempts to verify the relationship between organizational commitment,job identity,job burnout and turnover intention.148 pre-hospital emergency medical personnel in Putian City were taken as samples to conduct data analysis.After the analysis,the conclusions drawn from this study are as follows : 1.Putian City's pre-hospital emergency medical staff has a high level of turnover intention;2.In Putian pre hospital first-aid team,organizational commitment and professional identity are negatively correlated with turnover intention.And job burnout is positively correlated with turnover intention.3.Demographic variables showed significant differences in the turnover intention of pre-hospital emergency medical staff including age,marital status,job nature and length of service;4.Organizational commitment has a negative predictive effect on turnover intention,while emotional commitment and economic commitment in organizational commitment have a significant predictive effect on turnover intention;5.Job burnout has a positive predictive effect on turnover intention,while personality depersonalization,coping style and burnout psychology in job burnout have a significant predictive effect on turnover intention.
