Objective:To investigate the relationship between the fall and the static balance of the feet and the concentration of OC(UC)in the serum of the patients of the elderly. Methods:In our hospital from October 2016 January-2017 year examination center health examination of 96 healthy old people(including 1 years without a history of falls in 31 cases,1 fall history in 31 cases,2 fall history in 31 cases,3 and more fall history in 31 cases)were studied, using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)determination of the serum level of UC oc,using Footscan Balance 7.7 flat plantar pressure measurement system were determined by double when standing pressure center(center of pressure,COP)of the moving track, and the area around the pressure center of mobile packet elliptical track(95%confidence ellipse area,EA),the evaluation of the static balance ability were compared between the groups. Results:There were no significant difference in age, sex, body mass index, waist hip ratio in all patients(P >0.05).Compare to the control group, the experimental group has no difference in Cop X and Cop Y,the total length of the fall group around 95% pressure center moving track(TTW)and the center of pressure the ellipse area(EA)have significant difference(P<0.05),while the fall group than in the control group undercarboxylated osteocalcin increased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:We found a negative correlation between the number of falls and the static balance ability in elderly people. |
