| Objective:1.To explore the effect of Single-port and Conventional Laparoscopic Ovarian Cystectomy on ovarian reserve and the application value of Laparoendoscopic Single-site Surgery in large ovarian cystectomy.2.To evaluate Single-port laparoscopic surgery in the removal of giant ovarian cyst.Method:1.Prospective cohort study was conducted to collect patients’ data, serum AMH(anti-Mullerian hormone),perioperative indicators and compare the effects of single-port laparoscopic and traditional laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy on ovarian reserve function.2.Retrospective study of the value of Laparoscopic Single-site Surgery in the removal of large ovarian cysts.3.T-test and Mann-Whitney test were used to compare the two groups of independent samples.RMAVOVA factorial design was used to analyze the interaction between multiple factors.Result:1.There was no significant difference in ovarian reserve between single-port laparoscopic cystectomy and traditional laparoscopic cystectomy. The effect of electrocoagulation hemostasis on ovarian reserve reserve is greater than that of suture hemostasis.Single-site laparoscopic endometriosis cystectomy has greater impact on ovarian reserve function than non-endometriosis cystectomy.Bilateral ovarian cyst has greater impact on ovarian reserve function than unilateral ovarian cyst.2.There were no operative complications and no recurrence in short-term follow-up. |
