Objective : Through combing the articles about complicated pathogenesis in treatise on febrile diseases and synopsis of golden chamber,summarize and summarize Zhang zhongjing’s treatment strategy and organization rules for complex pathogenesis,Grasp zhongjing’s thoughts on the treatment of complex pathogenesis.It provides a thought for the prevention and treatment of modern chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:Through literature search and data,summarizes and induces the treatise on febrile disease,the synopsis of complex pathogenesis of the syndrome differentiation thought and academic experience,and each subject in recent 35 years in the treatment of COPD and collection of medical record for,through strict screening will conform to the conditions of 120 cases of medical record to establish medical record database,using SPSS25.0 frequency statistics,calculates and analyzes the pathogenesis complexity and treatment pattern distribution,to explore the clinical thinking of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Results: In this paper,it is found that the pathogenesis of COPD in acute attack stage is mostly the same disease inside and outside,with the interaction of phlegm decoction,pathogenic heat and blood stasis.In the remission stage,the deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney is common,and it is easy to present the complicated pathogenesis and syndrome of multiple zang-fu organs with the same disease,and the deficiency with the solid.Zhang zhongjing for complex pathogenesis,good at grasping the main pathogenesis,treatment priority,treatment for the disease,the combination of symptoms,often cold and heat with medicine,the combination of strength and softness,both attack and repair.Conclusions : By summarizing and expounding the contents of complicated pathogenesis in treatise on febrile diseases and synopsis of golden chamber,and combining with the literature statistics,this paper summarizes zhang zhongjing’s academic thoughts on the treatment of complicated pathogenesis,which can provide valuable guidance for the clinical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. |
