Research About The Syndrome-treatment Law Of Damp-warm Diseases Based On "Detailed Analysis Of Epidemic Warm Diseases"

Damp-warm disease is a kind of disease caused by damp-heat,and belongs to one of warm diseases.In recent years,warm diseases theory has been used to guide new,sudden infectious diseases or acute infectious diseases,and positive results have been achieved.For example,the theory of damp-warm has played an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of typhoid fever,paratyphoid fever,AIDS,SARS and other diseases.Therefore,the study of damp-warm theory has become the demand of medical development in the new era,and the research on the regularity of syndrome and treatmen of the theory has strong theoretical guidance value.There are many works about the science of epidemic febrile disease of traditional Chinese medicine,Detailed Analysis of Epidemic Warm Disease is a more systematic and complete monograph,which established a new system of syndrome and treatment of warm diseases.This study is mainly about the monograph by Wu Jutong and collates,summarizes,analyses and summarizes the theories related to Damp-warm theory,and makes a comparative study with"Damp-heat Disease Chapter".The study is divided into nine parts.The main research contents and related conclusions are as follows:The first part discusses the definition of Damp-warm disease and analysis of re ated diseases.This study is concerned with the broad sense of the concept of Damp-warm,which is a general term for damp-heat diseases and includes three kinds of diseases:summer temperature,summer heat and humidity temperature.In this study,the relationship between damp-heat and cold-dampness was analyzed,and the range of damp-heat was defined.The second part discusses the etiology and morbidity of Damp-warm diseases.The etiology is Damp-warm pathogenic factors.Pathogenic factors can be from outside,mostly concentrated in summer and autumn season,can be endogenous,or can be from the combination of internal and external evil.In addition,pathological products such as phlegm and drink produced in the course of the disease can also lead to the occurrence of new diseases.The third part discusses the pathogenesis of Damp-warm Diseases.This part studies from three aspects:the location and nature of damp-warm,the law of transformation and outcome.Damp-warm disease is extensive,triple energizer is received,but the spleen and stomach are always the center of the lesion.Disease has vacuity and reality,the disease to triple focus mainly,but also Wei Qi Yingxue handed down.At the later stage,it may be warm and dry;or it will turn to cold and damp.The disease is characterized by deficiency and excess.and mainly transmitted by three-jiao,but also by Wei-qi-ying-blood.The fourth part discusses the therapeutic principle and method of Damp-warm diseases.The treatment of damp-warm follows the characteristics of differentiation of symptoms and signs of triple energizer,the treatment of upper energizer is suitable for aromatherapy,the treatment of middle energizer for bitter-xintong-descending,and the treatment of lower energizer for light infiltration and diuresis.The treatment methods are as follows:aromatic humidification;bitter and bitter alleviation;light osmosis and dampness alleviation;dredging pathogenic factors;Xuantong Sanjiao to eliminate and dissipate pathogenic factors;clearing away heat and promoting dampness;Yiqi and dampness;warming yang to syndrome differentiation and treatment of Triple Energizer found that:the upper energizer dampness-temperature disease is located in the lung,the treatment should be aromatic and propaganda-oriented.Xinsan powder and aromatic drugs are commonly used,and the dosage should be light.The dampness-temperature of the middle coke is mostly in the spleen and stomach,and there are many diseases and syndromes,mostly in the stage of qi.Diseases can also be extended outward,and the treatment is mainly based on the method of bitterness and relief.The dampness and temperature of the lower coke are mostly in the liver and kidney.Diseases are mostly pathogenic,less deficient and more.The main treatment methods are light infiltration,dampness relief and tonifying.The spleen and and treated separately.The upper energizer should choose light and clear products,and the dosage should be light;the medium energizer drug quality is not light and heavy The purpose of medication is
