Investigation And Analysis Of The Current Status Of Spiritual Health And Quality Of Life In Patients With TACE

ObjectiveTo understand the status of spiritual health and quality of life of TACE liver cancer patients;To compare the quality of life of TACE liver cancer patients in different backgrounds.To explore the factors affecting the quality of life of TACE liver cancer patients.Method(1)The research method: using convenient sampling method,using self-designed general information,(FACIT-Sp12)and(QOL-LC,V2.0),from May 2018~December 2018 at a grade ? level A hospital in Wuhan,ward in the hospital during the period of 161 patients with liver cancer with conventional investigation.(2)Analysis method: SPSS 23.0 statistical software was used to conduct statistical description of general data,and t-test,one-way analysis of variance,Pearson correlation analysis,and multiple linear regression analysis were performed according to data types and distribution characteristics.Result(1)From the patients admitted to the interventional ward from May 2018 to December 2018,161 patients were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,including 124 males and 37 females;Mean age(56.44±11.44).(2)The total score of spiritual health of TACE patients was(27.93±9.28),and the scores of three dimensions were: peace(8.37±3.78),meaning(9.16±3.22),and belief(10.53±4.25).(3)The total score of spiritual health of TACE patients was(27.93±9.28),and the scores of three dimensions were: peace(8.37±3.78),meaning(9.16±3.22),and belief(10.53±4.25).(4)The total score of spiritual health of TACE patients was(27.93±9.28),and the scores of three dimensions were: peace(8.37±3.78),meaning(9.16±3.22),and belief(10.53±4.25).(5)The total score of quality of life was positively correlated with the three dimensions of peace,meaning,and belief,and the total score of spiritual health.The correlation coefficients were 0.569,0.341,0.439,and 0.565,respectively(P < 0.01).Total scores of spiritual health were positively correlated with physical function,psychological function,symptom/side effect,and social support dimensions,with correlation coefficients of 0.418,0.487,0.336,and 0.354,respectively(P < 0.01).Physical function was positively correlated with peace,meaning and belief,with correlation coefficients of 0.381,0.269 and 0.375,respectively(P < 0.01).The correlation coefficients were 0.563,0.261 and 0.353(P < 0.01).Symptoms/side effects were positively correlated with peace,meaning and belief dimensions,with correlation coefficients of 0.307,0.208 and 0.257,respectively(P < 0.01).The dimensions of social support were positively correlated with the dimensions of peace,meaning and belief,and the correlation coefficients were 0.341,0.232 and 0.252,respectively(P < 0.01).(6)Statistical significance of single factor analysis was included in multiple linear regression analysis,and it was concluded that independent variables such as gender,residence,type of medical insurance,history of hepatitis b,family history of liver cancer,degree of pain,and spiritual health could comprehensively explain the 67.7% variance of life quality of TACE liver cancer patients.
