detection in peripheral blood in the diagnosis of bladder urothelial carcinoma to explore the significance and to analyze the relationship between TAP,CA125 and CEA detection in peripheral blood and the pathological grading, clinical staging, age, gender and tumor diameter of bladder urothelial carcinoma, can provide help for clinical treatment, meanwhile to analyze the significance of combined detection in bladder urothelial carcinoma.Methods:1.Collected 55 cases of bladder cancer and 15 cases of non-bladder cancer, the above cases were divided into two groups: the bladder cancer group and the non-bladder cancer group,All cases preoperative were examined by TAP,CA125 and CEA(including TAP detection using agglutination method, the remaining two using chemiluminescence microparticle immunoassay),and 55 cases of bladder cancer group were surgically(including transurethral resection of the bladder tumor, partial cystectomy and radical cystectomy),then obtained the bladder cancer tissue samples, the 55 cases of bladder cancer group were uroepithelium cell carcinoma of bladder by routine pathological examination and determined their pathology classification and clinical stage(grading standard reference to bladder cancer WHO2004 grading method, clinical staging standard reference to bladder cancer UICC seventh edition of TNM staging method in 2009).15 cases of non-bladder cancer by transurethral resection of the bladder tumor and cystoscope obtained the tissue samples, and found 10 cases of chronic cystitis,5 cases of normal bladder tissues in these tissue sample by routine pathological examination.by comparing the preoperative TAP、CA125 and CEA of in peripheral blood in bladder urothelial carcinoma group and non-bladder carcinoma group, understand the relationship between TAP,CA125 and CEA detection in peripheral blood in bladder urothelial cancer and pathology classification, clinical stage, age of onset, gender and tumor diameter.Results:1.The positive rate of TAP,CA125 and CEA in peripheral blood in the bladder urothelial carcinoma group was higher than that in the non-bladder cancer group, and the difference of their detection in the two groups had statistical significance(p<0.05,p<0.05,p<0.05);2.TAP positive detection in 55 cases of bladder urothelial cancer patients were 41 cases, the positive rate was 74.54%,TAP detection in bladder urothelial cancer was no correlation with pathology classification and clinical stage of bladder urothelial cancer, the rate of detection positive in young patients with bladder urothelial carcinoma was higher than older patients with bladder urothelial carcinoma, but there was no statistically significant between the two groups(p>0.05),the positive rate of TAP detection in male bladder urothelial cancer patients was higher than that in female urothelial bladder cancer patients, but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05),while TAP detection in bladder cancer was not correlated with tumor diameter(p>0.05);3.CA125 positive detection in 55 cases of bladder urothelial cancer patients were 28 cases, the positive rate was 50.91%,CA125 detection in bladder urothelial cancer was positively correlated with pathology classification, the differences of grading had statistical significance(p<0.05),CA125 detection in bladder urothelial cancer was also positively correlated with clinical stage, the differences of clinical stage had statistical significance(p<0.05),the rate of detection positive in older bladder urothelial cancer patients was higher than young bladder urothelial cancer patients, but there was no statistically significant between the two groups(p>0.05),the positive rate of CA125 detection in male urothelial bladder cancer patients was higher than that in female bladder urothelial cancer patients, but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05),CA125 detection in bladder urothelial cancer was not correlated with tumor diameter(p>0.05);4.CEA positive detection in 55 cases of bladder urothelial cancer patients were 31 cases, the positive rate was 56.36%,CEA detection in bladder urothelial cancer was positively correlated with pathology classification, the differences of grading had statistical significance(p<0.05),CEA detection in bladder urothelial cancer was also positively correlated with clinical stage, the differences of clinical stage had statistical significance(p<0.05),the rate of detection positive in young bladder urothelial cancer patients is slightly higher than older patients, but there was no statistically significant between the two groups(p>0.05),the positive rate of CEA detection in male bladder urothelial cancer patients was higher than that in female bladder urothelial cancer patients, but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05),CEA detection in bladder urothelial cancer was positively correlated with tumor diameter(p<0.05);5.The positive detection rate of TAP+CEA in bladder urothelial cancer was higher than that of TAP,CA125 and CEA alone, and the difference of their detection had statistical significance(p<0.05,p<0.05,p<0.05);While the positive rate of TAP+CEA detection was also higher than TAP+CA125 and CEA+CA125 detection, and the detection difference was also statistically significant(p<0.05,p<0.05).Conclusions:1.TAP detection in peripheral blood in the bladder urothelial cancer was no correlation with pathology classification and clinical stage of bladder urothelial cancer,CA125 and CEA detection in peripheral blood in the bladder urothelial cancer was positively correlated with pathology classification and clinical stage;2.TAP+CEA detection in peripheral blood is more suitable for bladder urothelial cancer screening, which can not only improve the detection rate of bladder urothelial cancer, but also help to reduce medical costs;3.TAP,CA125 and CEA in peripheral blood can be used as tumor markers of bladder urothelial cancer, they combine with other auxiliary examination of clinical, can early screening for bladder urothelial cancer and improve the early diagnosis and treatment of bladder urothelial cancer. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | bladder urothelial cancer, tumor abnormal protein, carbohydrate antigen 125, carcinoembryonic antigen | PDF Full
