Based On The Omaha System Construct A Home-based Integrated Care Services System For The Elderly

ObjectiveBased on the Omaha System theory,home-based integrated care services system for the elderly is constructed.In order to further understand the needs of integrated home care services for the elderly and the utilization,the specific service content system is formulated to provide reference for the realization of a healthy aging society.MethodsThrough Delphi expert consultation method,Omaha system theory as the guidance framework,through literature research and expert forum,the preliminary elderly home integrated care services related indicators were determined.By two rounds of Delphi expert correspondence consultation,until the expert opinions tend to be unified,the elderly home integrated care service content system based on Omaha system is finally formed.ResultsThrough literature study and expert panel to Omaha system problems in the system and intervention system for guiding framework,combining the actual situation of our local old people and health services,to the elderly home integrated care service content system expert enquiry table,a total of the framework includes 4primary indicators and 49 secondary indicators.After two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,the results of the letter consultation were analyzed and sorted out.A total of 6 second-level items were deleted and 12 items were modified.Finally,an integrated home care service system for the elderly was established,including 4 primary indicators in physiological domain,psychosocial domain,health-related behavior domain,environmental domain and 43 secondary indicators.After 2 rounds of experts write,write to the questionnaire of cffective recovery rate is 100.00%,the authority of experts coefficients are 0.872 and 0.851 respectively,enquiry for a second round expert,secondary index between 0.00 to 0.28,the variation coefficient of mean importance assignment is 3.80 to 5.00,the full mark rate is 33.33%to 100%,two rounds of secondary indicators coordination coefficient of experts in the significance test showed the P value is less than 0.05,the expert authority is stronger,good consistency,research service content index is more reliable.ConclusionsGuided by Omaha system theory,this study USES literature research,expert discussion and Delphi method to construct the content system of home-based integrated care services for the elderly.By applying Delphi method in the construction process of the elderly integrated care service at home,the service content index is discussed and decided,and an effective and reliable service system is finally formed.Delphi method is feasible in the research on the construction of the content system of integrated care services for the elderly at home,and is a common and important research method in the research on the construction of health service system.Through integrated care service content system to regulate the elderly home care service content and standard,to further understand the old people' s home to system integrated care demand and utilization status,for different care services,and integration of resources reasonably,to reduce the elderly home care costs,improve the quality of the elderly home care services,and provide theoretical reference for service effect.
