Clinical Study Of Perioperative Quality Of Life In Patients Undergoing Transabdominal Hysterectomy With Acupoint Moxibustion

ObjectivesTo improve the perioperative quality of life and provide a therapeutic means for postoperative rehabilitation of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.By prospective stratified randomized controlled trial to observe the effect of acupoint moxibustion on perioperative quality of life in patients undergoing transabdominal hysterectomyMethodsNinety patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the proportion of the stratified randomized control.The patients in the experimental group were treated with moxibustion on the basis of the routine postoperative rehabilitation of the control group:moxibustion for the treatment of bilateral Sanyinjiao and bilateral Zusanli points.From the first day after surgery to the 7th day after surgery At the end,2 times a day,each time lasting 30 minutes,the basic anti-infective,nutritional support and other basic treatments were given during the test,and the curative effect was determined before surgery,the third day after surgery,and the seventh day after surgery.The observation indicators mainly include the BRIEF concise quality of life scale score,visual analogue scale,integrated Chinese and Western medicine perioperative scale integration measurement,first postoperative defecation time,white blood cell count,red blood cell count,hemoglobin,plasma D-dimer determination,postoperative complications,etc.At the same time,the patient s condition was observed and recorded.The curative index and laboratory index of the two groups were statistically analyzed by SPSS23.0 software package.The effect of acupoint moxibustion on the perioperative quality of life of patients undergoing transabdominal hysterectomy was evaluated.Results1.The scores of the quality of life scales of the two groups were lower than those before surgery.Among the three measurement time points,the scores were the lowest on the third day after surgery,and slightly increased on the 7th day after surgery,but the scores were lower than those before surgery.The scores of the life quality scale of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The differences were mainly in the physiological field,psychological field and total score.The physiological field scores,psychological field scores and total scores of the two groups at different measurement time points.The trend of the change was different,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).2.The scores of postoperative Chinese and Western medicine combined scales in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.The scores of the scores of the Chinese and Western medicine combined scales were different at different measurement time points,and there were significant differences(P<0.05).3.The visual analog scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group.The visual analog scores of the two groups were different at different measurement time points,and there were significant differences(P<0.05).4.The first exhaust time and the first defecation time in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in perioperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).5.The red blood cell count and hemoglobin level in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(p<0.05).The plasma D-dimer level in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05)).There were no significant differences in white blood cell levels between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion1.During the perioperative period of transabdominal hysterectomy,acupoint moxibustion treatment can improve the symptoms of discomfort.2.Acupoint moxibustion treatment can alleviate perioperative pain in patients undergoing transabdominal hysterectomy,effectively promote postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery,accelerate postoperative deflation and defecation,improve perioperative red blood cell count,hemoglobin level,and reduce plasma D-Dimer level,improve the physiological and psychological scores of patients during perioperative period,and improve the perioperative quality of life of patients.3.Acupoint moxibustion treatment is a safe and effective treatment method to improve the perioperative quality of life after transabdominal hysterectomy.It is simple to operate,has no side effects,and is easy to implement.It is worthy of popularization in clinical practice.
