| ObjectiveThis study is based on the significant effect of liver,kidney and spleen and stomach maint enance met hods on sub-health insomnia.The clinical efficacy of three different treatment regimens for sub-heal th insomnia is discussed in depth,and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores of patients before and after intervention are correlated.Analysis,in order to provide optimal treatment for sub-health insomnia by clinical intervention of liver,kidney and spleen and stomach maintenance.MethodsIn this stucly,a single-blind,randomized controlled experimental design method was used to select 90 patients with sub-health insomnia.According to different treatment courses,they were divided into 3 experimental groups,30 in each group.The observation time was 1 course,2 courses,3 courses,each course of treatment for 6 days.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores were used for clinical efficacy evaluation.Each evaluation was performed before and after treatment,and SPSS22.0 statistical software was used for analysis.The specific grouping is as follows:Experimental group 1:1 course of Chinese medicine medicine iron therapy+back-shu point burr(electro-acupuncture)+acupuncture points;Experimental group 2:2 courses of Chinese medlicine medicine ironing therapy+back-shu point burr(electro-acupuncture)+acupuncture points:Experimental group 3:3 courses of traditional Chinese medicine iron therapy+back burr(electroacupuneture)+acupoints.Results(1)Comparison of total effective insomniaThere were 3 experimental groups in each group,30 cases in each group,except for 5 cases of shedding,the total number of cases in experimental group 1(group 1),experimental group 2(group 2),experimental group 3(group 3)For 29 cases,28 cases,and 28 cases,after treatment,the total effective rate of insomnia in the three groups was 55.17%,82.14%,and 85.71%,respectively.The total effective rate of insomnia in the three groups was compared.The difference between the groups was statistically significant.Two comparisons showed that group 1 and group 2 were tested(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant;group 1 and group 3 were tested,(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant;group 2 and group 3 After testing,(P=0.66)0.05),the difference was not statistically significant.Tip:Three different regimens of liver,kidney and spleen and stomach maintenance are effective for the treatment of sub-health insomnia,and the total effective rate of group 2 and group 3 is significantly better than that of group 1,but the difference between group 2 and group 3 is not obvious,and the curative effect is similar.(2)Comparison of PSQI scoresComparison of IPSQI itemsThis study compares the six dimensions of PSQI and observes the changes in the scores of each dimension before and after treatment:a.Before and after treatment in the group,group 1 had differenees in sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep time,sleep quality,etc.After statistical P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,and the other improvements were not obvious(P>0.05).);Group 2 and Group 3 were all improved after treatment,such as bedtime,daytime dysfunction,sleep time,sleep quality,and sleep efficiency.After statistical P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;suggesting that all three programs can improve sub-heal th insomnia in mul tiple dimensions.b.Comparison of the three groups after treatment,the three groups can improve sub-health insomnia in terms of sleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep quality and so on.Comparison of 2PSQ1 total scoresa.Comparison of the three groups before and after treatment,the total score of’ PSQI improved,the test P=0.000<0.05,the three groups of ef’ficacy have significant dif’ferences,suggesting that the three groups are effective in regulating the PSQI total score of sub-health insomnia patients.b.After the three groups of treatment,the two groups were compared,group 1 and group 2 were tested,(P=0.000<0.01),the difference was statistically significant;group 1 and group 3 were tested,(P-0.000<0.01),The difference was statistically significant;group 2 and group 3 were tested(P=0.757>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant;suggesting that group 2 and group 3 improved sub-health insomnia bett er and the curative effect was better than group 1.There was no significant difference between group 2 and group 3,and the efficacy was similar.ConclusionThe clinical efficacy of liver,kidney and spleen and stomach maintenance in the treatment of sub-health insomnia is significant,especially in shortening the time of falling asleep,prolonging sleep time,improving sleep quality,increasing sleep efficiency,etc.Comprehensive research results,clinical efficacy,treatment cost and time cost are considered.The course of treatment for liver,kidney and spleen and stomach is the best for 2 courses. |
