Objective: To investigate the difference of anti-Mullerian hormone in women of reproductive age with menstrual disorder and those with normal menstruation. Methods: Collected from September 2016 to August 2018 to our hospital clinic on 20 to 49 years after the group set as menstrual disorders, disorders of the patients selected at the same time in the hospital outpatient service examined 20 to 49 years by normal women set to normal menstruation,Comparing the difference of anti-Mullerian hormone in menstrual disorder group and normal menstruation in different age groups, and the difference of expression level of anti-Mullerian hormone in different age groups between menstrual disorder group and normal menstruation group. The patients with menstrual disorders were divided into groups according to the duration of menstrual disorders, and the differences of anti-Mullerian hormones between groups were compared. Results: At all ages, the expression level of anti-Mullerian hormone in the menstrual disorder group was significantly lower than that in the normal menstruation group(P<0.05).Anti-Mullerian hormone in the menstrual disorder group and the normal menstruation group decreased with age.The longer the menstrual disorder lasts, the lower the level of serum antimullerian hormone. Conclusion: Menstrual disorders may indicate abnormal ovarian function.By detecting the expression level of anti-Mullerian hormone in patients with menstrual disorders in time, the function of ovaries can be defined, and the ovarian reserve function can be assessed in time,so as to pay more attention to the symptoms of menstrual disorders,to guide patients to give birth, delay the decline of ovarian function and prevent the occurrence of premature ovarian failure. |
