Objective:To investigate the effectiveness and safety of laparoscopic CY Liu non-mesh pelvic floor repair surgery in treatment of female pelvic organ prolapse(POP).Method:From February 2016 to September 2017,a total of 83 patients with POP in Zhejiang Province People’s Hospital were included in this retrospective study.Preoperative and postoperative objective evaluation of prolapse was performed with POP-Q system.Criteria for the success of the operation were defined as POP-Q scores were all less than 0 cm.Analyze the changes of POP-Q indicator points at 3 months,6months and 1 year after surgery, and observe surgical related data and complications, etc at the same time.Evaluate the postoperative symptom improvement and subjective satisfaction rate of the patients using pelvic floor impact questionnaire short form(PFIQ-7)and Incontinence quality of life(I-QOL).Result:All surgeries of the included 83 patients were successfully finished laparoscopically. The average follow-up time was(18.88±3.82)months and the median one was 17 months.However,8 of the patients lost to follow-up.The mean operating time was(147.17±40.08)min and the mean loss of blood was(48.67±23.67)ml.The mean observation time after operation in hospital was(6.31±2.26)days.During the follow-up,the total anatomical success rate of laparoscopic CY Liu non-mesh pelvic floor repair surgery was 97.33%.And the POP-Q scores improvement was statistically significant before and after the surgery(P<0.05).92.86% of the patientswith preoperative urinary tract symptoms were significantly relieved.71.43% of the patients with intestinal symptoms before operation were eliminated or relieved.Preoperative and postoperative PFIQ-7 scores and I – QOL scores were statistically significant(P<0.05),and subjective satisfaction rate was 96.00% after surgery. Conclusion:Laparoscopic CY Liu non-mesh pelvic floor repair surgery is effective and safe in the management of II-IV pelvic organ prolapse.
