| Objective Diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)combined with neuronavigation was used to guide the operation of intracranial lesions, especially glioma invasion or compression of the main nerve fiber bundles,in order to minimize neurological damage and maximize the application value of lesion excision.Method A retrospective analysis was made on 60 patients with brain functional area tumors who underwent surgery in our department from January 2014 to January2017.They were divided into DTI combined with neuronavigation group(27 cases)and single neuronavigation group(33 cases). The operation time, hospital stay, curative effect, complications and prognosis of the two groups were compared. Results The average operation time of DTI combined with neuronavigation group was 5.3(+1.4)hours,and that of single neuronavigation group was 5.6(+1.3)hours.There was no significant difference in the operation time(P > 0.05).However,the hospital stay of DTI combined with neuronavigation group was 15.63(+4.32)days,significantly shorter than that of single neuronavigation group(20.13(+5.98)days(P <0.05),DTI combined with neuronavigation group had 4(18.5%)complications and single neuronavigation group had 19(21.2%)complications.The difference was significant(P < 0.05).Total resection rate of DTI combined with neuronavigation group was 77.8%,KPS score was 88.24(+16.51),KPS score was 88.24(+16.51).The total resection rate of the single neuronavigation group was 51.5%,and the KPS score was72.63(+17.82).There were significant differences between the study group and the control group in hospitalization time, complications and total resection rate(P < 0.05).Conclusion DTI imaging combined with nerve navigation has obvious advantages in the application of brain functional areas, accurate positioning, protection of functional fiber bundles at the same time to improve the tumor resection rate, effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications. |
