Objective:By analyzing the high-risk factors for Medical Device-Related Pressure Injury of operating room, combined with clinical nursing practice, the clinical surgery patients is treated with predictive nursing model, that is,the patient is fully evaluated before surgery, comprehensively analyzed and personalized according to the patient's own situation.Targeted preventive care programs, continuous evaluation during surgery, implementation and improvement of preventive care measures,So as to provide a clinical basis for reducing the incidence of medical device-related pressure injure of operating room. Methods:This study is a historical control study, and four-hundred patients undergoing elective surgery from December 2017 to August 2018.200 surgical patients from December 2017 to March 2018 were used as the control group, and 200 surgical patients from May 2018 to August 2018 were used as the observation group.According to the Munro risk factors assessment table, review the related literatures, the risk factors for medical device-related pressure injury of operating room were established,Control group with traditional nursing mode, observation group with predictive nursing care,The skin condition of compression site was assessed within 30 minutes after the operation or at postoperative 24 hours,,particularly the skin condition in the related parts of the medical apparatus and instruments, recording pressure condition and outcome, and so on.Analysis the high-risk factors for medical device-related pressure injury in operating room. The data were locked in the database after data review.SPSS version 22.0 was used for statistical analysis.quantitative data were presented as mean ± standard deviation,independent-samples t test was used for intergroup comparison;Qualitative variables were evaluated in frequency and percentage.chi-square test or Fisher's exact test was conducted for the categorical data.Logistic regression method was used for multivariate analysis and the establishment of risk assessment model,p value of <0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.In this study,a total of 400 patients with general anesthesia and spinal canal were collected. In the control group including 200 patients,134(67%)in the general anesthesia,66(33%)in the spinal canal, there were 9 patients with pressure injury 9 cases of patients with medical equipment correlation between stress injury, the incidence was 4.5%,including phase I pressure injury in 8(88.9%),? period of pressure injury in 1(11.1%),pressure injury occurs in the wrist, face, nose, ear ankle chest area and knee,Among them,8(88.9%)patients of which Erythema of all patients disappeared in 24 hours after surgery and 1(11,1%)patient of blisters which unchanged in 24 hours after surgery. In the observation group including 200 patients,146(73%)in the general anesthesia,54(27%)in the spinal canal, there were 1 patient with I period pressure injury which occurs in the upper arm, which Erythema disappeared in 24 hours after surgery.2.The incidence of medical device related pressure injury was lower than that of the control group by chi-square test(P<0.05).it is effective to use of predictive nursing for clinical surgery patients to prevent Intraoperative pressure.3.The results of single factor analysis showed that surgical grade, position, operation time, intraoperative pressure and number of medical devices had statistical significant difference between control group and observation group(P<0.05),No statistically significant correlation was found between the rest of indicators(P>0.05).The results of multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that surgical position, operation time, intraoperative pressure were independent risk factors affecting the occurrence of outcome, and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the effects of other indicators on the occurrence of outcome were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The surgical position, operation time, and intraoperative pressure are the high-risk factors of medical device-related pressure injure of operating room, and the operation time and the position for lateral position and prone position surgery, intraoperative pressure, shear force and impact force of friction, the more in the higher the risk of medical apparatus and instruments correlation between stress injury.2.Preoperative comprehensive assessment of patients, comprehensive analysis of risk factors, and effective preventive measures can reduce the incidence of medical device-related pressure injure in the operating room.3.Compared with the traditional nursing model, predictive nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of medical device-related pressure injure in the operating room.
