Research On Noise Pollution Status Of A Coal Washing Enterprise And Research On Noise Hazard Risk Management

Coal washing is a process of deep processing of coal,and the noise generated by it has an adverse effect on the health of workers,manifested as hearing loss,dizziness,and inattention.Therefore,this paper will conduct a survey on noise pollution status and noise hazard management of a coal washing enterprise from four aspects.First,conduct a field survey on the coal washing plant operation site to investigate the relevant occupational health system,the working conditions of the workers and the crafts of the enterprise.Process.And measure the noise situation at the job site to understand the noise situation in the working environment.Second,based on on-site noise measurement and occupational exposure survey,the operator conducts a risk assessment of noise occupational hazards and predicts the risk of hearing loss caused by long-term exposure to the noise environment.The third is to conduct a questionnaire survey on 385 operators and use SPSS software to analyze the basic information of the operators,the awareness of noise hazards and personal hearing health,as well as the use of personal protective equipment,and propose targeted Noise protection measures.The fourth is to carry out noise reduction design for the noise equipment that has the greatest impact on the operator on site,and to study the noise control and protection countermeasures of the working environment.The results show that,first,gender has an impact on tinnitus,ear suffocation,and the need to communicate loudly with others,but there is no difference in the subjective perception of hearing loss between men and women,that is,gender has no effect on hearing loss.Second,different working ages have an impact on tinnitus,ear swell,hearing loss,and the need to communicate loudly with people.These hearing impairment symptoms are influential,and the effect is more obvious with the increase of working age.Third,different levels of education have an impact on the use of personal protective equipment and the reasons for its use,the reasons for not using it,and the replacement of personal protective equipment.Fourth,for the main noise sources such as vibrating screens,jigs,belts,chutes,coal feeders,etc.,control measures such as attaching rubber sheets and installing sound insulation covers are proposed.The fifth is to strengthen the supervision and management,occupational health training,and carry out occupational health checks and other measures for the operators.
