At present, most of the lower limb rehabilitation training is manually assisted by doctors or trained by gait rehabilitation robots, which are expensive and limited to hospitals or nursing places. With the increasing number of patients with lower limb dysfunction due to the aging of the population, the current shortage of medical resources is clearly unsatisfactory. The gait analysis is commonly used in the rehabilitation process of lower limbs to evaluate the rehabilitation effect, while the distribution of human foot pressure is an important indicator to reveal the gait law.In view of this,a remote lower limb rehabilitation training system based on foot pressure is developed in this paper, which provides a scientific training and guidance plan for patients with certain walking ability in the middle and late stages of rehabilitation. Therefore, the patient’s in-hospital treatment combined with out-of-hospital rehabilitation training and effective supervision can be realized to alleviate the shortage of medical resources in the current lower limb rehabilitation training. In this way,the research contents are as follows:First, the basic medical theories and methods for lower limb rehabilitation based on plantar pressure were introduced, including foot pressure distribution during standing and gait parameters during walking. And the calculation method of gait parameters during walking were given, including gait time parameters, gait symmetry parameters, gait comparison parameters and gait variability parameters, which laid a foundation for subsequent data analysis. At the same time, the demand analysis was carried out from the three aspects of the system’s functional requirements, operational requirements and other requirements, and the overall design of the remote rehabilitation system was proposed.Next, the existing foot pressure detection device on the patient side was introduced. And the overall architecture design, module division, database design and interaction design of the patient side mobile phone application(App)were carried out according to the needs of the patient side, and implemented in the Android Studio environment. Then, the remote patient management system modules were divided, and the functions to be implemented of each module were determined.Combined with SQL Server2008 database management technology, each module from the overall framework, database, work flow chart was designed, and friendly environment Human machine interface was designed in VS2010(Visual Studio 2010).Finally,the foot pressure detecting device, the App and the remote patient management system were combined to build a platform for the remote lower limb rehabilitation training system, and the test and clinical trials were carried out.The test results showed that the system data was returned in time and accurately, and the basic functions had been realized.Through the system, the distribution of the plantar pressure during standing and the gait data during walking of the normal person and the patient with the lower extremity sports disease were collected. It was found that the pressure of the left and right feet of the normal person during standing or walking was basically symmetrical, and there was no significant difference.Patients with lower extremity motor disease tend to exert more strength on the healthy side to maintain balance, and most of the parameters were significantly different from normal people, which was consistent with the existing rehabilitation theory, indicating that the use of the remote rehabilitation system to perform lower limb rehabilitation was feasible.
