Objective:To analyze the correlation between plasma concentration and adverse reactions, efficacy in 76 patients with gynecologic tumor after paclitaxel liposome-based chemotherapy. Methods:The blood concentration of paclitaxel liposome after chemotherapy was detected by nano-enhanced immunoturbidimetry using a fully automated analyzer.Subsequently, the plasma concentrations of 76 gynecologic tumor patients who received paclitaxel liposome-based chemotherapy were explored. The patients were grouped according to the mean Tc>0.05 values, which were Tc>0.05 value<38h group and Tc>0.05 value>38h group.Chi-square test was used to analyze the differences of basic data, adverse reactions, treatment outcome, progression free survival time(PFS)and overall survival time(OS)between the two groups.Result:Accuracy of MyCare paclitaxel drug blood concentration monitoring kit:relative deviation(B)≤±15%,precision:(1)repeatability:coefficient of variation(CV)≤5%(2)batch-to-batch difference:relative deviation(R)≤ 10%,in line with the determination of paclitaxel liposome blood concentration. The results showed that there were no significant differences in age, tumor type, nausea and vomiting, fatigue and constipation status between the group of Tc>0.05 value<38h and the group of Tc>0.05 value≥38h(P>0.05).However,there were significant differences in leukopenia, neutrophil reduction, hemoglobin reduction and platelet reduction between the two groups(P<0.05).The results also showed a significant difference in the efficacy of chemotherapy between the two groups(χ2=8.815,P=0.0319).However,there were no significant differences in the progression free survival time and overall survival time between the two groups(P=0.931 and P=0.8411).Conclusion:The MyCare paclitaxel drug blood concentration monitoring kit is stable and reliable for the determination of paclitaxel liposome content in the blood. The plasma concentration of paclitaxel liposome has a certain correlation with adverse reactions and clinical efficacy, which may provide some references for clinical tumor chemotherapy.
