| [Objective]To analyze the characteristics of body composition and bone mineral density of healthy medical examiners, and to analyze the correlation between them, and provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and diagnosis of osteoporosis.[Method]Taking 1607 normal physical examination middle-aged and elderly(40-70 years)as the research object, body composition(body fat, skeletal muscle content, body moisture content, protein, mineral content, body fat percentage,fat-free body weight)were determined by using body composition analyzer Inbody720;lumbar spine T value, lumbar vertebrae bone mass, femur T value, femur bone mass value of all subjects were measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry.Bone mineral density is an important indicator of bone quality, reflecting the degree of osteoporosis. In actual clinical work,T value is usually used to determine whether your bone density is normal,T value>-1 is normal bone mass,-2.5<T value<-1 is a reduction in bone mass, and a T value<-2.5 is osteoporosis. All data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 statistical software. The measured data of this study were normalized by normality test. The homogeneity test of variance is required for comparison between the two groups. The differences in body composition between normal bone mass and bone mass reduction group were compared by independent sample t test. The changes of body composition and bone mineral density between different age groups were compared by one-way analysis of variance. The count data is expressed in terms of numbers or percentages, and the chi-square test is used for comparison between groups.P<0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.[Results]1.Analysis of body composition:Male group,40-49 years old group,50-59 year old group,60-70 year old group showed a decreasing trend in skeletal muscle, protein, mineral content, body water content, and fat-free body weight(p<0.001),there was no significant difference in body fat and body fat percentage(p>0.05).Female group,40-49 years old group,50-59 year old group,60-70 year old group showed a decreasing trend in skeletal muscle, protein, mineral content, body water content, and fat-free body weight(p<0.001).In turn, the body fat and body fat percentages showed an upward trend(p<0.001).The difference in body composition between the male and female groups shows that men are significantly higher in skeletal muscle, protein, minerals, body water content, and fat-free body weight than women(p<0.001),in body fat and the percentage of body fat was significantly lower than the latter(p<0.001).2.Bone mineral density in male group:40-49 years old group,50-59 year old group,60-70 year old group showed a significant decline in lumbar spine T value, lumbar vertebrae bone mass, femur T value, femur bone mass(p<0.05).),and the percentage of bone loss and osteoporosis increased in turn(p<0.01).Bone mineral density in the female group:40-49 years old group,50-59 year old group,60-70 year old group showed a significant decrease in lumbar spine T value, lumbar vertebrae bone mass, femur T value, femur bone mass(p<0.01).The percentage of osteopenia and osteoporosis increased in turn(p<0.01).The difference in bone mineral density between males and females showed that the male group had significantly higher lumbar spine T values, lumbar vertebrae bone mass, and femur bone mass than the female group, and there was no significant difference in femoral T values.3.Correlation analysis between bone mineral density and body composition:normal bone mass group was significantly higher than bone loss group in skeletal muscle, protein, body fat, mineral content, body water content,fat-free body weight, and BMI multi-body composition.Group(p<0.001);middle-aged men with normal bone mass had significantly higher body fat than bone loss group, and there was no significant difference in body fat percentage, while there was no significant change in the body composition of middle-aged and older women.Using person correlation analysis,it can be seen that the bone density of lumbar vertebrae and femur in middle-aged and elderly people is positively correlated with skeletal muscle, protein, body fat, mineral content, body water content,fat-free body weight and BMI(p<0.01).There was no correlation between body fat ratio(p>0.05),lumbar spine bone density was not correlated with age(p>0.05),femoral bone density was negatively correlated with age(p<0.01);middle and old women with lumbar vertebrae and femur bone mineral density Body composition skeletal muscle, protein, body fat, mineral content, body water content,fat-free body weight,BMI were positively correlated(p<0.05),and had no correlation with body fat ratio(p>0.05),and negatively correlated with age.(p<0.01).[Conclusion]The composition and bone mass of middle-aged and elderly people tend to lose with age,and there is a close correlation between the two.Through the analysis of body composition,pre-judgment of bone density abnormality can be provided, which provides a basis for scientific adjustment of diet and reasonable exercise, provides more information for clinical diagnosis and treatment, and prevents and discovers metabolic-related diseases as soon as possible. |
