Clinical Observation Of Fast Pain-Relieving Acupuncture And Its Application In Treatment Of Military Training Injury

Purpose:(1)To apply the Fast Pain-Relieving Acupuncture to the treatment of nonspecific neck pain and observe its immediate clinical efficacy.This kind of acupuncture is in the project called Grass-roots Troops ’TCM Non-pharmacological Therapy’,and is actually a combination of hand-needle and exercise therapy for the Neck Pain Point in the second metacarpal sacral side micro-needle system.(2)Take acupuncture at the Lumbago Point in the second metacarpal sacral micro-needle system combined with exercise therapy for the treatment of lumbar myofascial pain syndrome(MPS)patients and observe the immediate clinical efficacy;(3)To promote Fast Pain-Relieving Acupuncture to military doctors and students of military college,and treat the students with ankle pain caused in military training on site,observe the effectiveness,complete the data collection of the subject.Method:(1)Using the Fast Pain-Relieving Acupuncture,namely hand-needle combined with exercise therapy.We took acupuncture on 40 cases of NNP patients in the hospital outpatients,on the neck pain points on the second metacarpal side,and also 40 cases of hospital outpatients with lumbar MPS,Lumbar Point on the second metacarpal sacral side.Needles were left for 10 minutes.We asked our patients to take slight move using the limb with pain,observed and recorded the palpation and acupuncture reaction at the acupoints,as well as the infrared thermography,VAS score and cervical joint mobility or lumbar joint mobility before and after treatment.(2)We went to an military college,conducted the Fast Pain-Relieving Acupuncture on-site teaching,and treated military police trainees who have suffered from military training,observed the curative effect,promote the Fast Pain-Relieving Acupuncture and collect statistical data.Result:(1)Of the 40 patients with NNP,92.5%had tenderness at the acupoints,and 72.5%could palpate nodules or cords.All patients developed strong needle feeling during acupuncture.Compared with before treatment,the VAS score after treatment,cervical flexion,posterior extension,left lateral flexion,and right flexion angle were all improved,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.001).The infrared thermogram before treatment can observe the abnormal temperature zone,which is mostly abnormally high temperature,which is 77.50%.72.50%of the patients can observe that the abnormal temperature zone is consistent with the main complaint location,and the infrared thermogram can be observed after treatment.The temperature of the part has an upward trend.(2)Of the 40 patients with lumbar MPS,85%had tenderness at the acupoints,and 62.5%could palpate the nodules or cords.All patients developed strong needle feeling during acupuncture.Compared with treatment before,the VAS score after treatment,also cervical flexion,posterior extension,left lateral flexion,and right flexion angle were all improved,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.001).The infrared thermogram before treatment can observe the abnormal temperature zone,and there is an asymmetric hot zone on both sides of the waist.The abnormal high temperature occurrence rate is 70%.75%of the patients can observe that the abnormal temperature zone is consistent with the main complaint location.Infrared thermograms have been observed to have an upward trend in waist and spine temperatures.(3)Infrared thermograms of 30 cases of students suffering ankle pain in military training can observe asymmetric temperature distribution on the front of the ankle and the Achilles tendon,abnormal temperature on the affected side,and VAS score after acupuncture combined with exercise therapy.The scores were statistically different(P<0.001).Conclusion:(1)Patients with NPN and lumbar MPS can observe the asymmetric temperature zone on the infrared thermography,which has certain auxiliary diagnostic effects,and the local temperature has an increasing trend after treatment.Acupuncture and rapid analgesia can instantly relieve pain and increase joint mobility in NPN patients and patients with lumbar MPS.(2)Military training for patients with ankle pain can observe bilateral asymmetric temperature distribution in infrared thermography.Fast Pain-Relieving Acupuncture can relieve ankle pain,with simple operation and exact curative effect,suitable for promotion in grassroots units.
