| The purpose of this study was to observe the lung function of healthy people with different smoking index in 20-40 years old.To explore the degree of damage to lung function caused by different smoking indexes,and further to quit smoking in smoking populations,and observe the lung function of Qingfei smoking cessation tea intervention after smoking cessation.In this study,a randomized,stratified controlled trial design was used to collect 180 healthy smokers and non-smokers who were able to tolerate lung function tests.The smokers were divided into three groups according to the smoking index.Smoking index = daily smoking count × years of smoking,A group of 50 people(smoking index <200 years),group B: 50 people(200≤smoking index <400),group C: 50 people(in smoking index >400 branched);30 Non-smokers were a group of non-smokers.The lung function tests were performed in each group.The lung function indexes were recorded and the lung function was compared between the groups.Further,the random group method was used to divide the smokers of group A,B and C into the control group and the intervention group by random number table method,namely A control group,A intervention group,B control group,B intervention group and C control group,C intervention group,25 people in each group.In the control group,there was no intervention to quit smoking.The intervention group took Qingfei quit smoking tea to stop smoking.The course of treatment was 1 year.The six groups before and after smoking cessation,the smoking cessation rate and the adverse reactions during the test were observed and recorded.The final test results were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software.The measurement data were analyzed by t test and represented by (?)±s.The count data was analyzed by X2 test,which was expressed by the number,and did not conform to the normal state using the rank sum test.The following results were obtained through experiments: the age,sex,height and weight of the subjects in the smoking group and the nonsmoking group were comparable(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in airway ventilation function indexes(FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC)between smoking group and non-smoking group(P>0.05).The small airway ventilation function index(PEF,FEF25-75%)in smoking group was lower than that in non-smoking group.(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in airway ventilation function between the three groups in the smoking group(P>0.05).The comparison of small airway ventilation function indexes: group A was higher than group B,group B was higher than group C,and both groups were statistically significant.(P<0.05).Because smoking has no obvious effect on atmospheric ventilation function,the smoking cessation test uses small airway ventilation function as the main observation index.At the end of the smoking cessation intervention trial,there were 25 patients in each group.The remaining: 20 in the A control group,24 in the A intervention group,20 in the B control group,22 in the B intervention group,18 in the C control group,and 19 in the C intervention group..The age,sex,height,weight and lung function of the control group were comparable between the six groups(P>0.05).The control index of small airway ventilation in the A control group was better than that before smoking cessation(P<0.05).The index of small airway ventilation in the A intervention group was significantly improved compared with that before smoking cessation(P<0.01),and the A intervention group was better than the A control group(P<0.05).The small airway ventilation function index of the B control group was better than that before the smoking cessation(P<0.05).The small airway ventilation function index of the B intervention group was significantly improved compared with the smoking cessation(P<0.01),and the B intervention group was superior to the B control group(P<0.05);The small airway ventilation function index of C control group and C intervention group did not improve significantly before smoking cessation(P>0.05).In terms of the success rate of smoking cessation intervention,the intervention group was generally better than the control group(P<0.05).Through the experiment,the following conclusions were drawn: 1.The small airway ventilation function of smokers with 20 to 40 years old had different degrees of damage,and with the increase of smoking index,the degree of damage of small airway ventilation function was aggravated.The effect of smoking on atmospheric ventilation is not significant.2.Smoking cessation can improve the small airway ventilation function of smokers,and the higher the smoking index,the less obvious the improvement.The use of Qingfei cessation tea intervention to quit smoking is better than no measures to stop smoking,suggesting that early smoking cessation is beneficial to the recovery of small airway ventilation function.3.Qingfei quit smoking tea intervention cessation rate is better than no measures to intervene to quit smoking. |
