The Study Of Professor Wang Shusheng’s Experience In The Treatment Of Upper Urinary Calculi Based On Data Mining

ObjectiveThe TCMISS V2.5 software was used to construct Professor Wang Shusheng’ s clinical database for the treatment of upper urinary tract calculi.Data analysis of the included Chinese medicine prescriptions was carried out by means of various analysis functions of the software.In order to summarize Professor Wang Shusheng’ s clinical experience in the treatment of upper urinary tract calculi,excavate his core experience prescription composition and dialectical medication law,and provide medication guidance for clinicians to diagnose and treat urolithiasis.Method1.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the electronic medical records of patients with upper urinary tract stones in Professor Wang Shusheng’s clinic from January 2016 to August 2018 were collected comprehensively.2.Use EXCEL worksheet to input patients’ basi c information,medi cal h i story and diagnosis and treatment information.After standardizing the data,we import the "clinical acquisition" module of the software and establish a complete database.3.Statistical analysis of data was carried out by using TCMISS V2.5 software,such as drug frequency analysis,association rule analysis and entropy clustering analysis.ResultFinally,125 patients were included,a total of 304 effective prescriptions involving 97 Chinese medicines.1.There were 79 males and 46 females,and the ratio of males to females was about 1.72:1.The average age of the patients was 51.23+14.39 years old,and 84.80%of them were aged 30-69 years.The main symptoms were low back pain,frequent urination,hematuria,urinary pain,abdominal pain and lumbar acid.The distribution of syndrome types is in turn kidney Qi deficiency syndrome,kidney Yin deficiency syndrome,damp-heat injection syndrome and Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.2.There are 14 kinds of high frequency drugs with frequencies exceeding 100.Drug attributes of four Qis are chilly,warm and placid,while five flavors are mostly sweet and bitter.Drugs mainly enter the liver,kidney,spleen and bladder.The drugs of kidney Qi deficiency syndrome mainly enter the spleen and kidney meridians,the drugs of kidney-yin deficiency syndrome mainly enter the liver and kidney meridians,the drugs of damp-heat downward injection syndrome mainly enter the bladder and liver meridians,and the drugs of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome mainly enter the liver and spleen meridians.3.Setting the number of support is 150,the confidence is 0.95,and the overall analysis obtains 30 commonly used drug patterns.The results of hierarchical analysis showed that there were 112 kidney Qi deficiency syndrome,123 kidney-yin deficiency syndrome,343 damp-heat downward injection syndrome and 89 qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.4.Setting the correlation degree to 8 and the penalty degree to 2,the drug cluster analysis was carried out,and finally nine new combinations were evolved.Conclusion1.According to the statistical results of basic information,the sex and age distribution of patients with upper urinary tract stones basically accord with modern epidemiological research.kidney Qi deficiency syndrome and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome are the most common types of stone gonorrhea,which may be related to the physique and surgical trauma of southern people.2.To guess the etiology and pathogenesis of urolithiasis according to the meridian attribution characteristics of drugs.The pathogenesis of urolithiasis is kidney deficiency,dampness and heat,Qi stagnation,blood stasis and nostalgia.The pathological changes of kidney and bladder are closely related to liver and spleen.3.According to the statistical results of high-frequency drugs,Professor Wang Shusheng uses many medicines with beneficial effect in clinic,which embodies the academic thought of "invigorating qi,solidifying the root,clearing heat and drenching the lining".Most of the medicines used have the properties of cold,warmth,calmness,sweetness and bitterness.kidney Qi deficiency syndrome uses drugs of both spleen and kidney meridians,kidney-yin deficiency syndrome uses drugs of both liver and kidney meridians,damp-heat downward injection syndrome uses drugs of both liver and bladder meridians,Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome uses drugs of both liver and spleen meridians.4.The new combination of drugs obtained from the results of entropy cluster analysis is mainly suitable for patients with kidney Qi deficiency syndrome,kidney-yin deficiency syndrome and damp-heat downward injection syndrome.They have certain clinical guiding significance and scientific research value.
