Retrospective Study Of Fuzheng Jiedu Formula In The Treatment Of Hepatitisb And Virtual Screening Of Its Effective Components

ObjectTO reviews the clinical experience of Professor Zuo Junling in treating chronic hepatitis B with "Fuzheng Jiedu Formula",evaluates the clinical efficacy of "Fuzheng Jiedu Formula",and uses computer simulation technology to screen the effective ingredients.MethodsIn the clinical research,94 patients of chronic hepatitis B were collected who were treated by Professor Zuo Junling for more than three month.And all the herbal recipes during the treatment were collected and analyzed,before and 3 months after treatment,TCM syndrome score,hepatitis serum marker,hepatitis B virus DNA quantification and liver function index were used as the observation indexes.The chemical composition of fuzheng detoxification prescription was retrieved from TCMSP database,based on the standard:0B≥30%和 DL≥0.18.Meantime,according to the pathogenesis and the therapeutic targets of hepatitis B,target proteins were chosen from the TTD and their structure were download from the PDB.Using autodock Vina software for the effective chemical compounds and target protein.According to the screening results,DTN was established to further screen the active ingredients and reveal their targets.Resu ts1.After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms decreased compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).2.After treatment,the quantity of HBV DNA decreased compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).3.Based on the traditional Chinese medicine’ s standard,the evaluation of the improvement of TCM syndrome grade show that:16 cases(17.02%)were markedly effective,60 cases(63.83%)were effective,and 18 cases(19.15%)were ineffective.4.According to the standard:OB≥30%and DL≥0.18,52 effective chemical compounds were selected,According to the results of molecular docking and the network topological characteristics of DTN,five possible active ingredients such as soybean saponin E and Withaferin A were further screened.Conclusion1.Professor Zuo Junling’ s treatment of hepatitis B can improve the main clinical symptoms and life quality of itp patients.2.The prescription of fuzheng detoxification may consist of 5 components,such as E and licorice glycoside E,It acts through the reverse transcriptase、preS1 site1、Androgen Receptor、Estrogen receptor beta、DNA polymerase pathway.
