| PurPoseObserve the PuerPeral sweating,milk secretion,lochia excretion,urine and limb Pain of the PuerPeral women with Qi deficiency syndrome,evaluate the regulating and Protective effect of Buzhong YiQi Granule in PuerPerium,and the necessity of using invigorating Qi method in PostPartum.MethodA total of 120 PuerPeras who were diagnosed with Qi deficiency syndrome and met the inclusion criteria and did not meet the exclusion criteria were enrolled in the study.The PuerPeras were selected from the First Affiliated HosPital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2018 to January 2019.On the third day after delivery,120 PuerPeras who met the criteria for Qi deficiency syndrome and met the inclusion criteria and did not meet the exclusion criteria were randomly divided into the observation grouP and the control grouP.The observation grouP took Buzhong YiQi Granules twice a day,one Pack each time,continue for 14 days.The control grouP did not take any drugs.On the day of enrollment and on the 7th,14th and 42nd day after delivery,the objects of the research were issued with the electronic questionnaire of TCM SymPtom Rating Scale.The objects of the research were instructed to fill in the relevant symPtoms of sweati ng,milk secret i on,lochia excretion,defecation and limb Pain after delivery according to their conditions in detail.The electronic questionnaire was timely returned.The sweating,milk secretion,lochia excretion,defecation and limb Pain and other relevant symPtoms were observed and comPared between the two grouPs.The data were extracted and entered into an Excel sheet,and SPSS 23.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data.The measurement data were exPressed as mean±standard deviation(±S).The normality test showed that the data conformed to normal distribution were comPared by two independent samPles T test.Data that did not follow a normal distribution were all comPared using the Mann-Whitney U test for indicators among the grouPs.Categorical count data were all exPressed as number of cases(Percentage)and comPared between grouPs using the x 2 test.Resut1.With regard to the relevant symptoms of qi deficiency,such as shortness of breath,fatigue,mental fatigue,and lack of qi with no desire to sPeak,when takes natural childbirth PuerPeras as the object of the research,the observation grouP’ s above symPtom scores on the 7th,14th,and 42nd day after delivery were less than the control grouP’ s,and the differences between the two grouPs on the 14th and 42nd day after delivery were statistically significant(P<0.05);when takes caesarean births PuerPeras as the object of the research,while the observation grouP’ s symPtom scores on the 7th,14th,and 42nd day after delivery were less than the control grouP’ s,and the differences between the two grouPs on the 14th and 42nd day after delivery were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Regarding PostPartum sweating,when takes natural childbirth PuerPeras as the object of the research,the observation grouP’ s sweating symPtom score was less than the control grouP on the 14th and 42nd day,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two grouPs on the 42nd day(P<0.05);when takes caesarean births PuerPeras as the object of the research,while the observation grouP’ s sweating symPtom score was less than the control grouP on the 42nd day,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two grouPs(P<0.05).3.With regard to the PostPartum milk secretion,when takes natural childbirth PuerPeras as the object of the research,the milk texture symPtom score of the observation grouP was less than the control grouP on the 7th and 14th day,the milk quantity symPtom score was less than the control grouP on the 7th,14th and 42nd day,and the breast fullness symPtom score was less than the control grouP on the 7th and 14th day;While takes caesarean births PuerPeras as the object of the research,the milk texture symPtom score of the observation grouP was less than the control grouP on the day of enrollment,the 7th and 14th day,and the milk quantity score was less than the control grouP on the 7th and 14th day,and the difference between the two grouPs on the 7th day was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Regarding the excretion of lochia after delivery,when takes natural childbirth PuerPeras as the object of the research,the observation grouP had a smaller lochia volume symPtom score than the control grouP on the 14th day,and the observation grouP had a smaller abdominal Pain symPtom score than the control grouP on the 7th,14th,and 42nd days,and the difference between the two grouPs was statistically significant(P<0.05);Takes caesarean births PuerPeras as the object of the research,while the observation grouP had a smaller lochia volume symPtom score than the control grouP on the 42nd day,and the abdominal Pain symPtom score was less than the control grouP on the 14th and 42nd days,and the difference between the two grouPs was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Regarding the PostPartum defecat:ion,when takes natural childbirth PuerPeras as the object of the research,the abdominal distension score of the observation grouP was less than the abdominal distension score of the control grouP on the 7th,14th,and 42nd day,and the difference between the two grouPs on the 7th day was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the stool condition score of the observation grouP was less than the control grouP on the 14th and 42nd day;Takes caesarean births PuerPeras as the object of the research,while the abdominal distension score of the observation grouP was less than the control grouP on the 7th,14th,and 42nd day,and the difference between the two grouPs was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the stool symPtom score observed on the 7th,14th,and 42nd day was less than the control grouP,and the difference between the two grouPs was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Regarding PostPartum urination,when takes natural childbirth PuerPeras as the object of the research,the score of’ urination in the observation grouP was less than that in the control grouP on the 7th,14th,and 42nd day(P<0.05);Takes caesarean births PuerPeras as the object of the research,while the score of urination symPtoms in the observation grouP was less than that in the control grouP on the 7th,14th,and 42nd day(P<0.05).7.With regard to PostPartum limb Pain,when takes natural childbirth PuerPeras as the object of’ the research,the observation grouP’ s limb Pain symPtom score was less than that of the control grouP on the 7th,14th,and 42nd day;Takes caesarean births PuerPeras as the object of the research,while the observation grouP’ s limb Pain symPtom score was less than that of the control grouP on the 14th day,and the difference between the two grouPs was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.In this study,it was found that 80.2%of the Parturients had symPtoms of qi deficiency,such as shortness of breath,fatigue,mental fatigue,and lack of qi with no desire to sPeak.After continuously taking Buzhong Yiqi Granules,the observation grouP had less symPtom scores than the control grouP,i.e.,the symPtoms of Qi deficiency such as shortness of breath,fatigue,mental fatigue,and lack of qi with no desire to sPeak,were imProved in the PuerPerium Period.It can be seen that if the relevant symPtoms of Qi deficiency are imProved or Prevented during PostPartum nursing,the application of Qi suPPlement method is necessary.2.After aPPlying Buzhong Yiqi Granules,the abdominal Pain,abdominal distension,and defecation and defecation symPtoms were significantly imProved in the PostPartum Period,especially the abdominal distension and defecation symPtoms of the Parturients undergoing caesarean section,indicating that the invigorating Qi method is necessary and effective in the Prevention and treatment of PostPartum abdominal distension and abdominal Pain symPtoms,PostPartum difficult defecation,and PostPartum urinary obstruction. |
