Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Knee Three Needle Combined With Electro Puncture On Degenerative Osteoarthritis Of The Knee

ObjectiveTo treat the clinical effect of "knee three needles" in the treatment of degenerative knee arthritis by selecting the "Knee three needles" in the "Jin Three Needles" group,and to look for more solutions and treatment ideas for the clinical treatment of degenerative knee arthritis.MethodsAccording to the principle of stochastic control,60 patients who met the criteria of acupuncture and orthopedics treatment in the first affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese medicine during the period of 2017.06-2018.1 months were randomly divided into knee three-needle combined electro acupuncture Group(treatment group)and knee three-needle group(control group),Two groups of patients in accordance with the knee three-needle group Acupoint Acupuncture,treatment group acupuncture at the same time given electro acupuncture sparse wave treatment,control group does not have electro acupuncture treatment,treatment 3 times a week(the next day),a total of 3 weeks of treatment.The relevant data were evaluated before and after treatment,and the curative effect was evaluated after 3 weeks of treatment.ResultsThe basic data of the first two groups of patients were consistent,including age,sex,course of disease,Insall and Lysholm score,and there was no difference between the two groups(p>0.05),so the data were comparable.After 3 weeks of treatment,Insall score and Lysholm score were significantly improved than before treatment,and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was very significant(p<0.01),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).At the end of the course,there was a statistical difference between the two groups of clinical total efficacy(p<0.05).There were 8 cases of clinical recovery in the treatment group,21 cases,effective 1 cases,1 cases of clinical recovery in the control group,16 cases,effective 12 cases,the comparison of the yield,the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group.ConclusionKnee three-needle treatment of degenerative knee arthritis has a good clinical effect,knee three-needle combined electro acupuncture treatment in improving the function of knee joint can achieve a better effect than simple knee three needles.
