| Object:To investigate the relationship between the changes of jaw cyst volume and gender, location and pathological category of patients, the changes of pulp activity, the recovery of mandibular neural tube, and the development of tooth embryo after decompression. So as to evaluate the therapeutic effect of fenestration decompression for juvenile jaw cyst. Methods:Collect 30 cases of teenagers jaw cyst found in patients with preperative and postoperative 1month,3month after operation, postoperative lesion at6 months of CBCT imaging data, using Romexis software,Ziwei Dixing body 3d visualization operation system into the lumen of the measurement volume, analysis of the cystic cavity volume change and the patient’s sex, area and the relationship between the pathological types. At the same time, the pulp vitality index of the affected teeth in and around the cyst was tested by the dental pulp vitality tester before and 6months after surgery,to observe the changes in the pulp vitality of the affected teeth, and to analyze whether there is a corresponging relationship between the recovery of the mandibular nerve tube and the changes in the pulp vitality index of the affected teeth,CBCTwas used to observe the development of intracapsular impacted tooth embryos before and after decompression. Results: The volume of maxillary cyst decreased significantly at 6 months after decompression.Gender, location and pathological type had no significant effect on the change of lumen volume. Most of the pulp activity of mandibular affected teeth can be recovered, which is related to the recovery of the morphology of the lower alveolar nerve tube. Most of the retained endodontic embryos can developed normally and tend to grow in the direction of normal eruption..Conclusion: Decompression has a good effect in the treatment of juvenile jaw cyst, and CBCT has a high clinical value in the evalution of the effect of fenestration decompression in the treatment of juvenile jaw cyst. |
