Objective: To explore the characteristics of local spontaneous brain activities of the Subjective cognitive decline(SCD)patients who have been confirmed as having Subjective cognitive decline by people who are familiar with, but the neuropsychological evaluation is normal.Materials and methods: 16 SCD subjects,17 MCI subjects and 18 health control went through the neuropsychological scale Assessment data collection, neuropsychological scale including Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),Montreal Cognitive Assessment(Mo CA),and Auditory Verbal Learning Test(AVLT).In this study,Regional homogeneity(Re Ho)method was used to evaluate local spontaneous brain activity with SCD patients in comparison with MCI group and HC group. Results: The Re Ho values of right superior frontal gyrus, right paracentral lobule, right cuneus, right posterior cingulate/precuneus,right lingual gyrus, right cerebellum,as well as the left superior frontal gyrus, left precentral gyrus, left paracentral lobule, left parietal lobe, left posterior cingulate/precuneus,left lingual gyrus, the left cerebellum showed significant difference among SCD,MCI and HC.In MCI group,Re Ho values in bilateral cerebellum and left frontal lobe were higher than those in SCD group, but in left parietal lobe were lower. The Re Ho values of right superior frontal gyrus, right posterior cingulate/precuneus,right temporal lobe, right inferior occipital gyrus, left superior frontal gyrus, left paracentral lobule, left posterior cingulate/precuneus in the SCD group were higher than those in the HC group. Conclusion: The patients with subjective cognitive function decline have abnormal local brain function in resting state, suggesting that such patients have brain function abnormality before objective cognitive function decline, can be one of the indicators of cognitive function decline.
