| Background:The pathogenesis of acute cerebral infarction(ischemic stroke)is atherosclerosis of intracranial and extracranial angiogenesis, leading to brain tissue ischemia and hypoxia injury. An important condition for the development and development of atherosclerosis is the increase of low-density lipoprotein.However,low-density lipoprotein is not a single entity, but a group of different sizes, different densities, and different properties. The particle composition,in which the small subcomponent of the particle is called a small, dense low density lipoprotein.Small, dense low-density lipoprotein is a sub-component of low-density lipoprotein, which is closely related to atherosclerosis, but its relationship with acute cerebral infarction is not fully understood. Its diagnostic value for acute cerebral infarction It has not been fully elucidated,so this study aimed to investigate the relationship between small, dense low-density lipoprotein and acute cerebral infarction and its associated lipid ratio in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction, which may lead to a new acute cerebral infarction Risk factors and risk assessment indicators. Objective:The purpose of this study was to explore the correlation between small and dense low-density lipoprotein and acute cerebral infarction and to compare the diagnostic value of different blood lipid indexes and their ratio to small and dense low-density lipoprotein in acute cerebral infarction. Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the study,99 cases were collected from Jiangxi Provincial People’s Hospital from July 2018 to September2018,and 66 cases of initial cases diagnosed as acute cerebral infarction in the Department of Neurology were used as case group, including 46 males.Twenty women were aged(61.64±8.0)years old.Another 33 healthy subjects were selected as the control group, including 21 males and 12 females,aged(57.61±8.67)years old.The small, dense low-density lipoprotein cholesterol was detected by peroxidase method, total cholesterol and triglyceride were detected by enzymatic method, and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were detected by selective inhibition method.Record the test results and use appropriate statistical methods to process the data, compare and analyze the differences between the indicators, and draw the receiver’s work curve to evaluate the diagnostic value of each blood lipid index and related ratio for acute cerebral infarction. Results:The content of sd LDL-C in the acute cerebral infarction group(25.25±9.97)was significantly higher than that in the control group(15.41±4.1),and the difference was statistically significant. The proportion of age, hypertension and diabetes, triglyceride and sd LDL-C in the acute cerebral infarction group were significantly different from those in the control group;triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and age had an effect on sd LDL,and low density Lipoproteins and triglycerides have a greater effect on sd LDL.The diagnostic value of various lipid profiles and their ratio to small, dense low-density lipoprotein for acute cerebral infarction:sd LDL-C/LDL-C>sd LDL-C/TCHO>sd LDL-C/non HDL>sd LDL-C/HDL-C>sd LDLC>TG>non HDL> LDL-C>sd LDL-C/TG> HDL.Conclusion:The level of small, dense low-density lipoprotein in patients with acute cerebral infarction was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant.Small, dense low-density lipoprotein may be a risk factor for the development and progression of acute cerebral infarction, and is affected by low-density lipoprotein, triglyceride and age.sd LDL-C/LDL-C,sd LDL-C/TCHO,sd LDL-C/non HDL,sd LDL-C/HDL-C,sd LDL-C have good diagnostic value for acute cerebral infarction, among which sd LDL-C is a single indicator. The diagnostic value is the largest, and the diagnostic value of sd LDL-C/LDL-C is the largest in lipid ratio. Therefore,sd LDL-C may be a new clinical risk factor and lipid-lowering target for acute cerebral infarction... |
