| Objective : To observe the clinical effect and the effect on endometrial receptivity of patients with ovulatory disorder infertility treated by zuo-tai-fang and clomiphene.Methods:In accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,60 ovulatory infertility patients were collected from outpatient clinics and randomly divided into two groups: zuo-tai-fang and clomiphene group(n = 30)and clomiphene group(n = 30).With 3menstrual cycles as a course of treatment,and observing 1-2 courses of treatment.Observation the curative effect of the disease before and after treatment:including the total curative effect of the disease,the change of TCM syndromes integral,the effect of TCM syndromes,and focusing on endometrial thickness,uterine artery pulsatility index and resistance index on the day of HCG and midluteal phase(7 days after ovulation),and endometrial type of on the day of HCG.And observing the chang of estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P)of midluteal phase and pregnancy outcome.All the data were analysed by SPSS Software 17.0.According to the statistical results,the conclusion is made.Results:(1)There was no significant difference between the two groups in infertile age,type,TCM symptom score before treatment and length of infertility(P > 0.05).(2)Comparison of the total curative effects of the two groups: The total effective rate of the treatment group(83.33)was better than that of the control group(36.66),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)The changes of TCM syndromes integral before and after treatment and the evaluation of TCM syndromes efficacy were compared between the two groups.There were significant differences between the two groups of TCM syndrome score after treatment(P < 0.05);Comparison of TCM syndrome score changes before and after treatment in two groups,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),TCM syndrome curative effect evaluation of treatment group is better than the total efficiency(86.67%)the control group(73.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)The endometrial thickness,type and uterine artery blood flow index werecompared between the two groups on HCG day:The endometrial type in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05),the endometrial type in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and the uterine artery PI、RI in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).(5)The endometrial thickness and uterine artery blood flow index in the middle luteal phase were compared between the two groups: The endometrial thickness in the middle luteal phase group was significantly thicker than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and the uterine artery blood flow PI、RI treatment group was significantly thicker than that in the control group(P < 0.05).(6)The changes of serum E2 P in the middle luteal phase were analyzed in the two groups.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(7)Comparison of pregnancy outcomes between the two groups:There were 18 cases of clinical pregnancy in the treatment group and 8 cases of clinical pregnancy in the control group.The two groups of clinical pregnancy rates had significant statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The clinical curative effect of zuo-tai-fang combined with clomiphene on ovulatory infertility was better than that of clomiphene group.2.The combination of zuo-tai-fang and clomiphene could effectively improve TCM syndromes.,increase the thickness of endometrium on day of HCG and middle luteal phase,chang the type of endometrium,decrease the pulsatility index and resistance index of uterine artery and increase the value of E2 P and the clinical pregnancy rate and improvement of endometrial receptivity in patients with anovulation infertility. |
