| Objective:Through the clinical study of Jieyu Tiaochang Decoction in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(liver stagnation and spleen syndrome),we observed the improvement of clinical symptoms,anxiety and depression scores in patients with irritable bowel syndrome with Jieyu Tiaochang Decoction.The situation,through statistical data processing,objective evaluation of the clinical efficacy and safety of Jieyu Tiaochang Decoction,in order to verify the clinical efficacy of Jieyu Tiaochang Decoction on diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome,for the treatment of diarrhea-type intestinal tract The stimuli syndrome provides new clinical ideas,treatment methods and further promotion.Methods :The outpatients of Shanxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Shanxi Dayi Hospital and Jinzhong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study subjects.180 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C.Group A: The patient was given Jieyu Tunchang Decoction(Traditional Chinese Medicine Fenjian Granule)for 4 weeks;Group B: Pivoxammonium tablets were given,50 mg,tid,po,for 4 weeks;Group C: in B On the basis of the group treatment plan,patients were treated with flupentixol and melitracen tablets,one capsule,qd,po,for 4 weeks.At the end of the treatment plan,the abdominal pain,diarrhea symptom scores,emotional syndrome scores,HAMD and HAMA scores were observed in each group.The data of each group were statistically analyzed and evaluated.Patients in each group were followed up for 3 months,and the patient recurrence rate was recorded and statistical analysis was performed.Results:1.The comprehensive efficacy comparison: the total effective rate of group A was 77.9%,the total effective rate of group B was 48.3%,and the total effective rate of group C was 80.7%.The curative effect of group A was significantly better than that of group B(P<0.01).The efficacy of group A was similar to that of group C,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.The main symptoms were compared: group A had similar effects on abdominal pain,frequency of abdominal pain,frequency of stool and treatment in group B and group C,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Group A was better than group B in treating symptoms of stool symptoms.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of Emotional Symptoms: The effect of group A on fatigue was better than that of group C(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the clinical efficacy of insomnia,upset,and urgency in group C(P>0.05).Group A was associated with emotional syndrome.The curative effect was significantly better than that of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).4.Comparison of HAMD and HAMA scores: After treatment,the HAMD score and HAMA score of group A were significantly lower(P<0.01);the effect of group A was better than that of group B(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant;the effect of group A was similar to that of group C.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.The recurrence rate of the three groups was 13.04%,48%,and 45.65% in group A and group B,respectively.The recurrence rate of group A was significantly lower than that of group B and group C(P<0.01).Conclusion :Jieyu Tiaochang Decoction has a good clinical effect on patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(liver stagnation and spleen syndrome),which can significantly improve the patient's abdominal pain,diarrhea symptoms and insomnia,fatigue,impatience,upset and other emotional symptoms;Compared with pivavironium,Jieyu Tiaochang Decoction can significantly improve the stool characteristics and mental state of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients;the efficacy of the combination with Pivobium bromide and Deanxit is similar,adverse reactions and low recurrence rate,it is worth further Clinical application. |
