Clinical Study Of Iguratimod And Tripterygium Glycoside Tablets In Treating Damp-heat Blockage Syndrome Of Wang Bi(rheumatoid Arthritis)

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Iguratimod and Tripterygium glycoside tablets in treating Damp-heat blockage syndrome of Wang bi(rheumatoid arthritis)Methods: This study collected 72 patients with rheumatoid arthritis treated by Professor Wang Chengwu from January 2018 to December 2018.Using randomized controlled method,divided into treatment group and control group,all the 36 cases.The treatment group was given Iguratimod 25 mg 2 times a day,while the control group was given Tripterygium glycoside tablets 20 mg 3 times a day.The two groups were observed for 12 weeks with 4 weeks as an observation point.The improvement rate of symptoms and signs,biochemical improvement rate(ESR,CRP),HAQ scale,VAS score and DAS28 score were recorded in each observation point during the treatment cycle.The statistical data were analyzed by SPSS19.0.Results: 1.The total effective rate was 77.78% in the treatment group and 63.89% in the control group.There was no obvious adverse reaction after treatment.2.Improvement of TCM syndrome points: after treatment: After treatment,there were significant differences in the efficacy of TCM syndromes between the two groups(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.The improvement of joint pain,tenderness and swelling: Two groups have significant difference after treatment,the treatment group was significantly better than that of control group(P < 0.05).4.There were significant differences in ESR(mm/h)and hs-CRP(mg/L)between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05).Comparison of ESR(mm/h)and hs-crp(mg/L)between the two groups after treatment showed that P > 0.05 was not statistically significant.Both groups could significantly reduce ESR and hs-CRP,However,significant differences in treatment between the two groups cannot be considered.5.The HAQ scale and VAS score of the two groups after treatment: HAQ scale,VAS score after treatment had significant difference,statistically significant difference,the treatment group was significantly better than that of control group(P < 0.05).6.DAS28 effectiveness,ACR score comparison after treatment: Compared with the two groups on DAS28 and ACR evaluation after treatment,the Iguratimod group was significantly better than the Tripterygium glycoside tablets group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Compared with tripterygium glycoside tablets,iguratimod is more effective in relieving symptoms and improving joint function,with less adverse reactions.2.Iguratimod can significantly reduce inflammation index and inhibit disease activity,and has curative effect on patients with Damp-heat obstruction syndrome of Zhe Bi,which is dialectical in traditional Chinese medicine.
