With the development of the market economy,Chinese hospitals have been market-operated for more than 20 years.Economic efficiency has become the main goal of hospitals.With the rapid development of the medical industry,the competition in the medical market has become increasingly fierce while meeting the medical needs of people.In recent years,hospitals in China are facing an important change-the comprehensive reform of urban hospitals,in which adjusting the income structure and eliminating drug additions will inevitably affect the profits of hospitals.The survival and development of hospitals are facing great challenges.Therefore,How to achieve the balance of hospital revenue and expenditure by strengthening the cost management of hospital medical materials and reducing the cost of hospital medical materials has become an important research topic.Through the investigation of the operation of Hospital G,This paper points out the important role of cost management of medical materials in Hospital G.Through literature research,case analysis,data collection,focus interviews and other methods.This paper deeply studies and analyses the current situation of cost control in Hospital G.The problems and causes of cost management of medical materials in Hospital G were pointed out,including extensive cost management,irregular warehouse management,low level of whole process management,inaccurate budget data and low level of informatization..According to the above problems,this paper uses the several method to improve the cost management of medical materials in hospital G.It provides some useful references for cost management of medical materials in hospital G.
