Objective:The purpose of this study was to understand the awareness rate of about the knowledge of mother-to-child transmission among pregnant women with chronic hepatitis B and its influencing factors through the questionnaire.Methods:A multicenter,cross-sectional survey was conducted in 5 hospitals including Nanfang Hospital,Third Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University,Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University,Xintang Hospital and Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Baiyun District from March to December 2018.Pregnant women with HBV received a’questionnaire on mastery of knowledge about mother-to-child transmission of hepatitis B and compliance of managements’,so as to investigate the mastery of mother-to-child transmission knowledge of pregnant women with chronic hepatitis B,and to analyze the factors affecting the mastery of mother-to-child transmission knowledge of HBV mothers.Results:①305 questionnaires were collected.②The total score of 9 topics related to MTCT of HBV was 11,and the average score of was 7.45±2.126.The awareness rates of the three main transmission routes of hepatitis B,including blood transmission,mother-to-child transmission and sexual transmission,were 89.5%,80.4%and 56.3%,respectively.③73.8%of HBV pregnant women were willing to use antiviral drugs in order to reduce mother-to-child transmission,while 49.7%of pregnant and pregnant women had regular HBV-related checkup.④The results of linear regression analysis showed that education level was the influencing factor of maternal HBV awareness score.We divided the respondents into two groups according to their scores.Logistic regression analysis showed that multiparity and high education level were the influencing factors for high scores of hepatitis B awareness.Conclusion:The knowledge of mother-to-child transmission of HBV in pregnant women is insufficient.The education level is the main influencing factor affecting the knowledge awareness of maternal and infant transmission of hepatitis B.Awareness increases with the improvement of education level.Reproductive history and education level are the influencing factors of the level of knowledge awareness of mother-to-child transmission.Multipara and the pregnant women with higher education level would get higher knowledge awareness score.
