Whether the heart sound is abnormal or not is an important basis for clinical experts to judge cardiac diseases,which is achieved by auscultation of heart sound.Because of the special environment and conditions that experts need to listen to clinics,it is not conducive to the implementation in remote areas,so we need to find a simple and convenient way to solve this problem.Nowadays,the emergence of telemedicine has brought opportunities to solve this problem.Inspired by telemedicine,this paper develops a portable heart sound auscultation system on the basis of heart sound signal theory and practice.Users can understand their heart condition without going to county and municipal hospitals for examination.The article consists of the following parts:1)Research background:Telemedicine technology has developed rapidly in the past 30 years,but the level of telemedicine in China has not reached the forefront of the world,so it has a good development prospect.This paper focuses on the research of heart sound auscultation system for telemedicine,which has certain social significance.2)System overall demand analysis:Heart sounds auscultation system is composed of auscultation transmission terminal,mobile terminal and server terminal,which needs the combination of hardware and software to realize its function.3)System hardware development:It mainly introduced the selection of heart sound sensor and the transformation of transmission line.4)Processing and analysis of heart sound signal:Firstly,according to the characteristics of heart sounds,it is preprocessed,including wavelet denoising,envelope extraction and segment location.Then,empirical mode decomposition is used to extract the sample entropy of multilevel intrinsic mode function as eigenvalue.Finally,eigenvalues are put into back propagation neural network to classify and recognize normal and pathological heart sounds.5)System software design:including mobile app application,Tomcat server building and wireless communication.Heart sound auscultation App receives data from heart sound sensor,displays it in real time on UI interface and stores the heart sound data in SD card.Thereafter,the heart sound is transmitted to the home terminal through Tomcat server.After the heart sound is stored locally,it is processed and analyzed by MATLAB to draw a conclusion.The diagnostic results are eventually transmitted to the mobile terminal for telemedicine diagnosis.
