Objective:Through the comparative study of acupotomy therapy guided by the meridian sinew theory and acupotomy therapy guided by the anatomy theory in the treatment of Knee Ostoarthritis, the evaluation of the effect of acupotomy therapy on Knee Osteoarthritis under the guidance of meridian sinew theory Sex and safety,in order to provide a clinical basis for the treatment of this disease under the guidance of meridian sinew theory. Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria established by the research institute,60 patients who were treated in the acupuncture department of Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Daishan Community Health Service Center from October to February 2018 were colected. The random number tabe arranged by the center divides the patient into 30 cases of acupotomy group(menstrual group)under the guidance of meridian sinew theory and 30 cases of acupotomy group(anatomical group)under the guidance of anatomy theory. The gluten group was treated with acupotomy therapy under the guidance of the theory of meridian sinew theory. The anatomical group was treated with acupotomy therapy under the guidance of anatomy theory, once a week for a total of 3 treatments. The primary outcome measures were the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities(WOMAC)Scale and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),and statistical analysis of patients before,2,4,and 8 weeks of follow-up.The clinical symptoms were improved, and the patient’s adverse reactions were observed and recorded, and the efficacy was evaluated.Results:1.After the end of treatment, there was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of total effective rate, indicating that both methods have a good effect on KOA;2.The WOMAC functional scores and the VAS pain scores at the 2nd week,4th week, and 8th week of the two groups of patients had different degrees of decline compared with those before treatment, but the decline in the fascia group was more obvious, compared with the anatomical group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.At the time of follow-up,the total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The WOMAC functional score and VAS pain score of the gluten group were superior to the anatomical group, and there were significant differences(P<0.05,P<0.001,respectively),indicating that the long-term effect of the fascia group was better than that of the anatomical group.Conclusion:1.Both methods have good curative effect on KOA,but in terms of long-term efficacy, the effect of the fascia group is better;2.The treatment of KOA with acupotomy under the guidance of the theory of meridian sinew theory is feasible and effective, and can significantly relieve pain and improve function in a short period of time。... |
