| Objectives:This study combs the current research status of embedded knowledge services in the medical field.For the clinical diagnosis process,construct an embedded knowledge service model combining librarians and digital cooperation modes.So as to achieve the purpose of perfecting the embedded knowledge service model in the clinical diagnosis process.Methods:First of all,combing the literature and materials of “embedded knowledge service”,“embedded knowledge service in medical field” and “clinical diagnosis related process”,and summarize and summarize the related theories and methods of the knowledge service embedded in clinical diagnosis from the perspectives of service methods,content and embedded links.Then,based on literature survey and theoretical combing,design a knowledge service user satisfaction questionnaire embedded in clinical diagnosis.Then,the survey results are statistically described,and the status quo of the knowledge service embedded in clinical diagnosis,the shortcomings and the challenges are analyzed.Then,according to the results of the satisfaction survey,expert interviews were conducted to obtain the importance of the influencing factors such as service methods,content,and embedded links,and analyzed by the analytic hierarchy process that the experts would believe that which scheme is more suitable for embedded in clinical diagnostic knowledge services.Finally,based on the results of AHP,and the status quo,deficiencies and challenges of knowledge services embedded in clinical diagnosis,and the analysis results of relevant clinical diagnosis processes,this study proposes a knowledge service program embedded in clinical diagnosis.Results:User satisfaction survey results.In the process of clinical diagnosis,the lack of knowledge services is difficult to obtain knowledge,the content is not comprehensive enough,the related services are not smart enough,and the services is not tightly integrated with clinical diagnosis.Expert interviews with AHP results.It is not important for experts to subjectively evaluate the results of the cooperation of librarians.However,expert interviews and AHP results show that experts believe that the “librarian cooperation model” embedded in clinical diagnostic knowledge services is more important than “digital cooperation mode”.Conclusion:The knowledge service embedded in clinical diagnosis should optimize the knowledge acquisition channel and reduce the difficulty of user use;it should integrate artificial intelligence technology to provide content-oriented knowledge service;it should improve the construction of knowledge resources and improve the comprehensiveness of service content.The knowledge service embedded in clinical diagnosis should adopt the "librarian cooperation mode" as the main service mode,and the "digital cooperation mode" as the secondary service mode,and carry out the joint service of the two modes.Strengthen the construction of the embedded librarian team service system,and focus on the development of the integration of knowledge services and clinical diagnosis and treatment procedures,and improve the current knowledge service cooperation model embedded in the diagnosis and treatment space. |
