| OBJECTIVE:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of dexmedetomidine nasal drop in hysteroscopic surgeryMETHODS:Forty patients who underwent hysteroscopy were randomly divided into two groups: group A was the blank control group, and group B was the dexmedetomidine group.Thirty minutes before induction of anesthesia, group A received no treatment, and group B received 1 mu /kg nasal drip of dexmedetomidine.Systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),and heart rate(HR)were recorded at calm time(T1),30 minutes after nasal drip(T2),after hysteroscopic implantation(T3),and at the end of surgery(T4).Sedation scores(Ramsay scale)at time points of T1 and T2 were recorded, the dosage of propofol was recorded, the occurrence of body movement during the operation was observed, postoperative sobering pain score(VAS visual analogue score)was recorded, the occurrence of adverse reactions(intraoperative respiratory depression, postoperative nausea, vomiting, etc.)and postoperative wake time were recorded.RESULTS:The consumption of propofol in group B was lower than that in group A,with P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Sedation score of group A and group B was better than that of group A 30 minutes after nasal drip,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant. In terms of hemodynamic stability, there was no statistically significant difference in the time nodes of T1,T2,T3 and T4 between groups, and no statistically significant difference in the intra-group comparison. In terms of postoperative sobriety pain score, the postoperative P value was 0.432,and there was no statistically significant difference between group A and group B.In the comparison of postoperative recovery time, the P value was 0.369,and there was no statistically significant difference between group A and group B.Respiratory depression was found in 8 patients in group A and 1 patient in group B.Postoperative nausea and vomiting occurred in 3 patients in group A,but not in group B.There were 7 patients in group A and no patients in group B.CONCLUSIONS:Dexmedetomidine nasal drip of 1μg/kg is safe and effective in hysteroscopic surgery, can reduce the dosage of propofol, reduce the incidence of intraoperative respiratory depression, body movement, has a certain sedative effect, and has no effect on postoperative recovery time. |
